Ensue Commercial Countertop Food Warmer Restaurant Display Case 48" Heated Cabinet Pizza Pastry Cabinet Hotdog, Black

We had to order this product twice because the first time it was delivered the box had been so beat up that the lighting on the front was shattered and the frame was dented. The second time we ordered the product the box came in even worse shape but the warmer managed to be in acceptable condition. The only thing broken was one of the glass light covers on the inside had fallen out which we had to glue back in. The product does heat up well and gets very hot. However it does not have a tight seal around the glass so we will have to put silicone on it to keep all the heat in.

The first one we received had the glass broken, so we returned it and they sent us a replacement. We received the replacement on December 12, 2019 and it stopped warming on February 15, 2020.Other than the item no longer working and me not knowing how to contact the seller to see if there is anything they can do to help, the item seemed nice snd did what we needed to do until it just stopped warming up.I would not recommend this item at this time.

I like it bigger than I thought but works good!

Good size good design but very weak racksThe front door glass shattered completely within 10 days after getting it and I am still waiting for either replacement glass door or return but I had no reply .

I highly discourage any one from buying this warmer at a temp of 140f the front glass shattered!

Warmer stopped working on may 10th 2 days after eligible return date
