Flambeau West Indian and Hot Pepper Sauce 10 Ounce Variety Pack of 3

We discovered this brand while in the Bahamas. It was hard to miss since it seemed to be the equivalent of ketchup on cafe tables. If you are looking for something different in the hot sauce world, these are definitely worth a try. They are different and each of the three bottles tastes very different and have completely different heat profiles. The most mild you'll burn through in no time (no pun intended). The hottest one will require some respect. A very nice variety pack of uniquely flavored hot sauces.

This hot sauce is great. It should be called flavor sauce. I love the flavor and depth. It’s a great value to try all three to see what other sauces they offer. The green label is my favorite and great in soulful dishes. It’s perfect; especially if you don’t have fresh habanero or scotch bonnets - Even eggs.

These sauces added great flavor before as part of seasoning and also as an addition to cooked foods. I really enjoyed all of the varieties of flavors.

So far I’ve only tried the Flambeau and let me tell you, be prepared. This is from a true lover of “hot”, and this will have you sweating in seconds. Great scotch bonnet flavor and searing, lingering heat. Made some burritos with fire roasted serranos and spiced beef/rice/beans, topped with salsa verde and the flambeau. Volcanic, but also delicious. I’ve had Matouk’s regular hot sauce many years ago and remembered it as very tasty, so I have no doubt the other sauces will be delicious as well.

Love Matouks sauces. Discovered them in Trinidad. Had some on my Doubles. These all have a distinct flavor. A dab will do ya unless you don’t mind sweating thru your meal. Great deal too. Came faster than I would have expected

I first tried this hot sauce while I was recently in the Bahamas. If you like hot sauce, can tolerate some heat, these sauces are for you! The salsa picante is the most mild of the 3. The hot pepper sauce will make you sweat. I love to be able to have multiple different hot sauces around for friends and family to try while I host parties. These are a great addition to my collection.

If you like great spicy sauces, then this is your product. Especially if you're in a city or town where your local markets don't sell these products. In one word "Delicious"
