There is no way anyone 5’9” or over could *safely* spin on this bike.I know some other reviews here say that users of taller heights rode this fine, but they are risking injury with lack of proper adjustment and exercise positioning for these types of bikes. This bike is certainly ONLY for petite people. The seat is also very shoddy and unsecured. I am of an average weight and I can’t imagine someone overweight or obese being able to safely use this, which is very unfair.Besides that, it did arrive with dented sensors on the handle rail and a crack on the wheel casing. These two flaws I would have possibly overlooked if the bike had been a proper size for me to use. I’m going to have to return this and bite the bullet to purchase a more expensive, but USABLE bike. You should consider doing the same.

It such a good value for money! I am afraid that I can not insist,buy too expensive and waste,I chose this,it just takes about half hour to install.the quality is not bad,shopping online is most fearful of quality problems,this one is really good. It is little,put in the house,I don’t like to go to the gym,the whole family can be used to exercise very satisfied. Red is my favorite color,after installation it looks very harmonious and design is very beautiful.there is no sound when riding,and I listening the soothing music feels very fulfilling for a day!

This bike is great! Perfect for spin class at home! The box arrived in good shape, all tools are supplied for it that main body you see in the picture. Works fantastic and was easy to put together. The bike is quiet, the height of the Seat and handle bar are easy to adjust. This bike has transport wheels located at the bottom for moving. This makes is easier on me as I don’t have to ask my husband for help when I want it moved. Very solid & sturdy construction, our family loves it .

 This indoor cycling bike is the second one I have ‘ the first one was too heavy so I decide get the new one ‘ and this one has the same size , but the product is very light weight ‘ i put it next to my living room .

Spent about half an hour total to put everything together. I was worried as the shipping box wasn’t coming in good shape however glad the seller packaged the product well so it was well protected.It was very heavy and took me and my wife both to take it to basement. Other than that, the assembly was smooth. Straightforward. The resistance was controlled over a nob in front. I was hoping it was digital but it isn’t. The monitor would need extra two batteries which monitors the heard beat and calorie. Overall I am pleased with the price and quality. It seems to be stable and should last for long!

I just got feedback from my cousin, she loves the bikes very much.She works as a CPA, and she does not have too much time on exercising. So I bought the bike for her as a birthday year gift in January. She just told me the bike was good, so I did not know hows the experience with the bike. Until I visited her two weeks ago, I finally know how good the bike is. She said thanks to me because she has to work OT almost every day and has no time to the gym. The bike does help her a lot on weight maintenance. I rode the bike for a few time in the last two weeks at her house. She gave me some tips on biking and I am considering to buy another for myself.Tips:1. Spin 30 mins every time and 3-4 times a week would help on weight maintenance and weight loss.2. I can put my phone in the phone holder under the digital monitor and watched the spin video on YouTube. I felt like the spin video will help me keep pace.She also said anyone can assemble the bike in 20 minutes. For my point of view, the reasons I would recommend someone to buy are：1. Low cost (Much cheaper than $1000 spin class).2. Easy assemble with good instruction book.3. Solid construction and no maintenance needed.4. SilenceI didn't find any cons, but maybe after several months of using, the resistance may not smooth as a new one, and the flywheels may need oil periodically. I'll then post a follow-up.
