No instructions!? ...Even though product info and package contents lists “detailed instruction manual” as included. Website gives no instructions either.

Cheap product. My wife’s head just bounced off the floor. I just read a similar review from Shelley that is spot on to my wife’s experience. I purchased for Christmas and now have to send it back! Very disappointing

First, no directions were included for use! Second, if I was using correctly it does absolutely nothing. Very disappointed!

First of all I purchased this item for my wife right before Christmas and my return window expired before 90 days. But she finally decided to try it out and the elastic cord gave out. Very poor design, as it leaves the possibility of one’s head hitting the floor during use. The cord just broke as she was trying to stretch the hammock down to place her head inside. Just unhappy that I am not able to return it.

I didn't even realize how stiff my neck was until after using this product. Very well made and nice material. Extremely relaxing while using it, could easily fall asleep. I have noticed other reviews stating they don't know if they are using it correctly, but I feel this is due to the fact that you can't feel an intense stretch, but rather a relaxing relief of pressure. Instructions could be helpful but I am confident about how I use it and believe it is fairly simple to understand. Feel like my head is on a swivel after using it for 3 days.

Overall the product has been great. Arrived quickly and as expected. High quality material and has been a great help in relaxing the neck and back muscles. Only semi-complaint is instructions were either missing or not clear on where to find them on the internet. We figured out how to connect it with some trial and error and super easy to use once figured out.
