It is as it its pictured but not as flowing. The waist ~ if you are small waisted then definitely a small but other sizes ~ If they have a size chart USE IT and still give yourself a bit of room. This is simple but cute if my Granddaughter wears it. Not sure if she will not sure she will not like it because it doesn't flow out like the picture shows.They do not seem to understand the word ~ Cancel or Return ~ Good Luck there.It ships from China and that is why delivery takes so long,,,Just being honest!
