X TEN

I have nearly all Trace's cd's and I love them all but IMO this is his absolute stand out best. Usually there are only a few tracks on an album which get cranked up on your stereo (if you are very lucky it might be more), but very rarely there comes an album where each and every song gets cranked up. This album does it. This would be my all time favourite CD of his. In this album he gets to use that marvellously rich voice as an instrument rather than just flat out singing and entertaining. Very very rich notes in all of the ballads and in the more upbeat songs he plays with his voice to perfection,. If I had to choose a top 3 from this album they would have to be All I ask for anymore, Til the last shot's fired (gives me goosebumps), Let's do that again, and Marry for money.... oh and I can't outrun you. Whoops thats 5 but I just can't pick any closer.An amazing album which is very rarely off my stereo. Thanks Trace and God bless you and yours.

Trace Adkins put all his heart and voice in this album, probably one of his best and for me his best. I had the pleasure to meet him (too shortly) in 2011 while he went to Gstaad Country Music festival. good addition to my collection

This is a fantastic CD that any Country music fan should throughly enjoy. From the up tempo songs like Sweet and Hillibilly Rich to the sweet ballads like Til the Last Shot's Fired and I Can't Outrun you, each song hits the mark. The piano melody on I Can't Outrun You can run chills up your spine. You listen to 11 great songs and then you get to hear Muddy Water. It's a great finish to a great album.

Trace Akins' new album X (ten) dose not disappoint!! My faorite tracks are ill te Last Shot's Fired, Sometimes a Man Takes a Drink, Sweet and Muddy Water. I saw Trace in Concert last month before ths CD was released and he did Muddy Water with a local church choir singing background . . . it was quite a moving prformance!!Dangerous Man s still my favorite Trace Adkins Album, but this album is certainly one of his finest!!

Extremely disappointed..Did not get to test it until about 6 weeks after purchase...All scratched up and would not play

Trace fans must have

I have been a Trace Adkins fan for the past few years, and I think this new CD reflects more of his personality than ones in the past. It has his ballads, plus the fun stuff that he is also known for, and is a great mix of songs.

Ich kann mich glücklich schätzen, denn ich bin im Besitz aller Trace Adkins CDs. Mit seiner neuen "X" ist ihm wieder einmal ein Meisterstück des American Country gelungen. Von Balladen (I can't outrun you) bis rockigen Stücken (Better then I thought it'd be) über Hillbilly (Hauling one thing) ist für jeden Country-Geschmack etwas dabei und somit für jeden eingefleischten Country-Fan ein Muss!

sehr gutes Album eines der besten aus der Aktuellen New Country Riege und Nashville Charts Stars!Ein Hörgenuss auch wenn es mittlerweile zu den älteren Alben zählt. Aber für Newcomer und für Fans die eine Sammlung Aktualisieren wollen ein muß!Micha
