DO NOT BUY. if not for the quality then for the horrible customer care. After the first use of heating it in the microwave, I went to use it again and the gel was leaking out of it. When I got an email to write a product review or email them of something is wrong, I emailed them, twice, and they didn’t even bother to acknowledge my email. Extremely disappointed with the product and the customer care. Would never buy from them again.

Was not sure quite what I was purchasing for a sprained wrist etc. But what a surprise to find that this item really did help with allowing me to use my wrist in a way that quickly healed itself.I hope that it does this for other sufferers

Excellent product this is my second purchase. I have arthritis in both wrists & this really helps when it flares up. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic product, I struggle very much with joint pain. These are fantastic! Even when cold provide great support. Would just like to get some extra gel pack inserts x

This wrist support has been great, I havd tendinitis and after working all day (I am a mobile hairdresser) my thumb and wrist is realy throbbing, I leave the cold pack in the freezer and when I get home I put the brace on and it really carms the pain. Also delivery was great.

Se adapta muy bien a la mano y la bolsa se acopla bien. El frío no dura mucho (unos 5 minutos) pero claro, hay que tener en cuenta que las dimensiones de la bolsa de gel son pequeñas para adaptarse a la muñeca.(Tengo la mano grande, para personas más menudas tal vez sea excesiva)

Polsiera davvero utile. l'inserto con gel termico fa davvero freddo. Può anche nel caso essere scaldato al microonde se si desidera avere qualcosa di caldo.

Liked everything about it. It's comfortable and stays cold for a long period. The adjustable straps are also very efficient and keeps it snug to your skin. The support is also very good.

I write a lot of reviews and I'm to honest at times. That they don't get posted but let me try again and be more nice. I like this brace so much reason why. I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome and the most important thing is being able to apply cold in my wrist. I know I can just get a tissue and put ice on it and done but with this brace it saves you the mess or melting ice and the struggle to be able to use your hand cause you have ice on it. I tried it out for the past week and I can clearly and honestly say it's the best brace I have spent my money on works and does what it's meant to do. I would recommend to all my friends who suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome also

Takes a little work wrapping the sleeve around the wrist/hand to get to fit properly with the HOT/COLD pack inserted. Little better drawing as guide might be nice. This is NO BIG DEAL. It is just a bit tricky to get it to seat firmly. My Bride has larger bones that I have; I am an ultra slim build, small wrist bones and medium, but fine boned hands. Worked with putting wrap on and off 3-4 times and figured out how to get the best comfortable fit. I have used my hands significantly hand tools, power tools, axes, jack planes, hand saws, chisels in woodworking, construction, chainsaws (forestry) and Aerospace industry and on. Have managed NOT to damage my hands in all these years, but I strained/partially tore a ligament in right hand that now requires regular HOT/COLD & anti-inflammatory therapy past 7 years and I am now 67.This is best wrap ever. I was recently hit by a drunk driver. The accident resulted in severe trauma to my right hand and wrist. I have had to endure 2 horrific surgeries, so far, with another surgery to be performed in the near future.I am currently undergoing intense and painful Physical Therapy which also requires me to perform the exercises several times a day.In PT, they use hot compresses prior to the exercises in order to combat the pain and loosen the muscles and joints.This support brace allows me to conveniently perform a similar heat therapy, at home, without any mess.

I have used this brace EVERY DAY since I received it 2 weeks ago. It is perfect for icing down wrists and fits well for being an ice pack in a brace. Usually I have iced my wrists with clay packs that you use for larger areas, but that's the problem! They are just too large and heavy for icing wrists, and I needed something more functional since I have to ice every evening.I have wider palms than most women and this fits loose even with the gel pack in! I am not complaing, as I wanted a "brace" that could ice down my wrists, they last about 15 minutes and are super cold so I alternate putting them on each wrists. (You shouldn't have it stinging cold for more than a few minutes at a time, but if you want it to stay on one wrist for 15 straight minutes it WILL hold it's temp that long")They hold their temp and do not take longer than another 15-20 minutes to get cold again in the freezer. WORKS PERFECT FOR ME! I have not tried the warm option yet, because the coldness is what I bought it for.As for fit, It is large enough to hold the ice pack and secure to the hand. Thumb opening is a bit large for me and and just feels odd, but if I wante dto it would stay on. I just choose to use it as a wrap. Material is nice an comfy and the velcro stays put. I do not feel any support in this brace, but I can see how a person with a larger hand might feel snug and supported.Point trying to make clear is : Buy it for the potential heat/cold pack qualities fitted into a minimum support snug brace that will fit larger hands!!! If you're looking for real support look elsewhere, but this definitely can take the edge off of achy wrists if used with the pack.

I have tendinitis and have used braces and heat/cold separately for years. I thought this was going to be so nice. I was disappointed. With both freezing and heating, it gets far too hot/cold to wrap around and secure on my wrists. I can’t leave it on for more than half a minute without pain. If I let it warm/cool first, the effects of the heat or cold don’t last long enough for the hassle of heating or cooling the product. Oh well, just not for me.

I have intermittent pain in the right wrist and in my left hand due to old injuries exacerbated by frequent keyboard use and care of a bed-bound loved one. I find this product relieves the pain and, particularly helps support the left hand when I am bathing, moving and dressing my family member. Sometimes, when using primarily for support, I remove the gel pack. Other times, if I am going to be leaning on the hand for support such as on a bannister or bed rail, the gel pack is useful.

I've tried various cold pack devices on my wrist.The wrist support brace is by far a ten starproduct. I love that your able to insertthe cold gel pack into this.It stays cold for a long time.
