I had a few trips to do over Christmas and this backpack looked like it could get the job done. I was immediately impressed as soon as I received it. It looks stylish and the fabric is in a nice grey colour, feels good (not too soft) and is showerproof to keep my kit dry. I used the included instructions to set up my desired code on the security lock. Whilst this is not a feature I will use all the time it's useful to have for those times I need it and it is quick and simple to use. I set up the included USB and headphone cable into their designated slots. This is a neat feature and I found the charging cable especially useful to use, with my charging pack (not included). The backpack has two compartments with one being a good bit bigger that the other both with various sized useful pockets within each. In the main compartment I managed to store an iPad, magazines, food and a waterproof. I particularly liked the two small pockets (one zipped) on the inside front of the bag for storing my train tickets and wallet securely but with easy access. The smaller main compartment I used for storing various toiletries and travel stuff with the organiser pockets useful for storing pens and cables. The backpack has two outer pockets that I was able to fit my water bottle and flask in either side. One side also has straps so you could secure a lightweight jacket etc for ease of carrying. The very front zipped pocket was big enough to hold my keys, iPhone etc with space to spare but gave me quick access when needed. The straps were comfortable and easily adjusted whilst the zipper ends are large enough to grab quickly for easy opening and closure. I love this backpack and feel it will serve me well into the future.

I have held off writing a review for a while as wanted to give the bag a good run in.I used the bag on the back of my motorcyle and have currently used it to travel to the far east. I have used all the pockets quite extensively, all with high value items in and.....it has been perfect.No zip failures, no zips not closing properly, strong, sturdy, comfortable and such. It holds a 15.6" dell inspirion in a case in the laptop pocket and it fits well.I am still in the far east and will update this review if anything breaks on the way back

Was looking for a new back pack for work there’s so many to choose from. This item arrived and as soon as I opened the box you could see it was a quality bag. Plenary of pockets to put things. Already to go for charging your phone on the move. Great safety feature of the combination lock to lock the zip tags.May have to order another one soon as my son already has his eyes on it.

This backpack is extremely good quality. I know it looks nice in the pictures but I was surprised how thick the fabric is, much better than I expected. There is a pocket for EVERYTHING! I gave this to my adult daughter for Christmas who is thrilled at taking it on her travels and can’t be without her gadgets. It’s even better that they can be secured with the built-in lock. I must say though, after playing with it for a couple of days I can see I’m going to have to buy another one for myself!

I purchased this because I needed a backpack that my laptop would fit in and be secure. The lock helps by giving me some peace of mind that no one will attempt or try to open it without me noticing. There are many compartments and pockets to help me organise my laptop, papers, books and USB charging facility so I didn't need to worry about running out of battery. Now I can listen to podcasts/music and charge my phone on the go. Very happy with the value for money with this bag.

Very sturdy backpack with plenty of room and different compartments.Comfortable straps and the ability to charge your phone and headphones on the go.The lock is very useful for travelling and not having to worry about your bag being opened without noticing.A very good product and a reasonable price.

Rubbish item, my son used it for school and with just five days of use the anti theft lock didn’t work, he was unable to get his bus fare for his journey home. Now we have to return the broken bag for a refund, going out of our way to get packaging material, finding a Hermes drop off point, all the while leaving my son without a rucksack for school until e get a new one.Not happy.

Was a bit apprehensive at first due to the price, I've been stung by bargains before, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The lock felt more than secure so I was able to walk around town without me having to even think about pickpockets! The attention to detail is great as well, down to the small zip on the inside near the wire outlets to make it waterproof. The only improvement I could say would be to make the full lock metal, but that's just for style, as all the working parts appear to be!
