The "case" part that holds the phone is just a thin flimsy plastic shell that is stuck to the leather with a strip of glue that is already coming off after 2 days of normal use. The backing inside of that shell was coming off when I received it and left adhesive inside which transferred on my phone and then I had to clean it and the inside of the case really well before putting the phone back in. It holds a few cards ok, and the outside leather seems decent quality but definitely shows scratches very easily. Overall, for the price, I feel it was way too much frustration and they could have done a much better job with the phone holding portion and its attachment to the leather. I had high hopes for it because of the price, but unfortunately, this case will probably be going back.

This case looks much more expensive than it cost. It's crafted beautifully of soft, brushed suede, from real leather. I chose the yellow model and it is a very attractive gold - not garish or too dark. The magnetic clasp works great, both for keep the case closed or for holding the cover back when using the phone. The inside wallet feature is especially helpful - I am able to leave the house with just my phone instead of taking a purse and wallet or credit card case with me. Inserting the phone into the case was easy. I'm very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it.

Right out of the packaging, I fell in love. My Wife who is hard to impress complemented it when she saw it. My girls loved it.Looks like it's made right, solid. Feels real nice as well. The two tone adds a nice touch to it. The brown leather seems like it will scratch easier. That is the nature of the type of leather that it is. It looks nice brand new. I'm sure it will look good aged. Only time will tell. I'm sure like any leather treat it and I'm sure you'll be happy with it.As of right now I love it. I will give another review down the road. Give it some time with wear and tear.Highly recommend it as of now.Looks better in person.

The leather on this case scratches and stains easily. It didn't look good for long. It has also caused scuffs all over my phone screen from the flip cover. Now my phone doesn't look good.

I really like the case. It does take some getting used to if you haven't had a wallet case for you phone before, but it doesn't take long to get used to it. Seems to be very well made. Plenty of space for cards and cash. Have gotten compliments on the case from people that are using other brands of wallet cases.

I seriously Like my new phone case it fits my S8 plus perfect beautiful leather the color is better than I hope for it looked yellow on Amazon and I got a beautiful muted gold leather very nice I couldn't be happierUpdate:After three months it is ready to throw away due to fingerprints. I sealed it was special sealer before I ever used it and it looks horrible.

So far, there is nothing I dislike. It fits my phone perfectly, and also protects the screen. It is attractive, and the charging port is accessible while the phone is in the case. This case exceeds my expectations, and I had been searching for a while to find the perfect case! There are card slots, and a place for cash, so this can double as a wallet. I highly recommend this product.

This is a stunning wallet case for the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus. It has a luxury look and feel to it, and is made from really good quality leather. The section holding the phone itself is tight enough to feel secure, and is also soft, to absorb the shock of a drop. The magnetic flap clips over when you shut the case, which is a neat little feature (if intended!)I did drop this case from my desk, and it was open, but it flipped shut in mid-air and landed safely!It takes a little softening up, but that isn't a bad thing, and it also seems to get dirty quite easily, but a quick wipe with a *damp* cloth solves that issue.There are three reasons why I have given only four stars instead of five:1. I think they could have either added a fourth credit card slot, or spaced the three they have a little further.2. The gap between the phone case section inside, and the edges of the wallet are about perfect at the side and along the bottom, but there is almost no gap at the top. I worry that if the phone lands top down after being dropped, it may not be so well protected. The little increase in size may also help to accommodate issue number 1 above.3. It would be good to be able to keep the magnetic clip/flap out of the way, behind the phone, when it is open. especially when using in "landscape" as it does sometimes droop down and get in the way a bit.All in all though, this case is lovely. I liked it so much that I also bought a brown one, which I actually now prefer!

Decided to get a fold over type case to protect the screen of my new phone. Looked at lots but decided on this one. Couldn't be more pleased with the case. The case is genuine leather, nice to hold and very good quality. The phone holder grips the phone well and leaves all ports accessible so I can if everything in. Honestly if you're in the market for a case like this look no further this is the one you want.

This case definitely protects the Samsung S8+, it looks smart even now after continuous use for the last 3 months.It has slots for 3 credit cards and a place were you can put some notes in.It feels luxurious to the touch and has a magnetic clip that holds the case closed. I have dropped my phone a couple of times since placing in this case and it has protected it 100%. You can even use the case to hold the phone in a position for you to watch films etc on easily.I have found no bad points about this case.

The second purchase of a Snakehive phone case, this time for a Samsung S8 Plus. The case is made in a beautiful chestnut brown nubuck leather with tan leather inside. The soft rubbery holder grips the phone well and the whole appearance oozes quality with particularly neat stitching. It drops one star due to the way the cover bends out at the edges rather than sitting flush but I hope that, as the leather softens, this will rectify itself.

Having driven 10 miles to the high street and wasted 2 hrs finding very few cases to fit the S8+ I gave up. On Amazon there was a good choice, the Snakehive being genuine leather it looked like a quality product. On opening even the packing box oozed the quality which was found within. An excellent quality product offering all round protection for the phone, all as described many thanks to Snakehive.

I absolutely loved this phone case when It arrived. The quality is very good but after only a months use and after no drops, it is starting to fall apart and it is no longer safe to keep my phone in it. very disappointed as it is a very nice case

The leather feels great and smells awesome. Very nice case. The clear case insert that holds the phone is very well attached to the leather with equal spacing at each end of the case. As far as I can tell they got this perfectly centered. I had read a reveiw that mentioned thiers was a bit off. Not so with mine. The stitching looks amazing and feels very high quality. The cut out for the camera is large enough to not block picture taking and I am able to use my finger print reader as well. Charging port and headphone jack are all unobscured. I really have no complaints about this case. This is a great case for a great price! Well done Snakehive!

If you just looked at a case for your phone, it's possible to find cheap ones for half the price, but if phones in the hundreds of pounds is possible, it's worth keeping every last bit safe. The actual shell and corners of the folder extend the size of an already large phone outside. There's space for debit/credit cards, or if anyone still uses it, paper money. It's what it says on the lid, that it's a replacement for separate wallet and phone protectors. The 'viewing stand' aspect might be stretching things unless the shell to leather has really good adhesive.

There are a multitude of cases available for your S8+, But for me this one ticks all the boxes. I purchased the brown leather one. Very well made with strong stitching + magnets. With the package you also get an offer of free matching keyring via a link. I tried the link didn't work, so I emailed them & presto within two days my free keyring arrived. Superb secure case & grt service.

Absolutely amazing case. It smells and feels so good. I gave it 4 out of 5 beacause I'm a prick who would like to be warned about nubuck leather. This leather picks up dirt so easily that I would only put this case on for special events or just to show off. I wish they would also provide a list of recommended cleaning stuff to take care of this case. Maybe even few videos on cleaning it and overall caretaking of the case.

It might have been a bit more expensive than others but the quality shows, the phone fit like a glove, time will tell how long lasting it will be. I will update in a couple of months.

Excellent value for money, good build quality for the price and arrived the next working day as requested. My only concern and it's my own fault for not reading the description properly is the case is Nubuk, not full grain leather which is what I was really looking for. Nubuk is quite high maintenance for me and although it feels good in the hand, it's not in my opinion an ideal choice of material to use for a phone case

Bought previous case for a HTC 10 now upgraded to an s8 plus was the only manufacturer that I considered for a new case for my new phone. Pure quality product thoroughly recommend. Yes there are cheaper cases out there but why skimp when you're trying to protect an expensive item

Arrived within 24 hours. Excellent quality perfect fit for phone. Feels sturdy and excellent protection as has case inside to hold phone securely inside the leather case.

Really pleased with the quality and design of this case. Not exactly cheap, but worth the money.
