Winter in Venice - YOROKOBI Hand Wash & Lotion Set

Although the product itself is very pleasant and the lotion is not greasy, the packaging is dreadful. Unless you want the bottles to stand in their plastic holder, they are glued in and so difficult to remove so as to stand alone. But worse, the pump is very difficult to get working and in fact the pump on my hand lotion broke within a couple of minutes of trying to get it to pump. A pity that more thought wasn't put into the bottles themselves especially the quality of the plastic pumps, and not just the liquids which are good.

Looked very smart although was stuck in packaging with some sort of gunge which was difficult to peel off. After removing collars from plungers, they were VERY difficult to push down. Perfume very weak and the soap comes out in lumps and does not seem to dissolve. I wonder if this is old stock. The bottles are a good shape and the colours are attractive.

I can only say that I bought it as a Christmas gift and the lady recipient was most pleased with the product. No problems at all - I'm glad I chose it.
