The Golden Girls Seasons 1-7 - Complete Series

I was really disappointed in the picture quality, I don't know why it would be so poor. One might expect something like this from bootlegged copies or something but it is definitely not great.

I am writing this review the day of arrival...(7/30//20) a full week earlier than my expected delivery date. I ordered this set before reading the reviews and I was nervous about what I would receive. Here's what I've got so far...I checked all the discs. No scratches and they do not look like bootleg. They have previews for other shows and I found no issues navigating the menus. I played the supposed problem disc (s4/d1) and it DID play without hesitation. I also played the very first disc of s1. The quality is perfectly acceptable. You cannot assume a show filmed in the 80s/90s to be hi-def. It looked just like it does on television. Not a copied, bootlegged, or ripped. Now that being said...I have not sat down and went through every DVD but I am before my return time is up and I will update if I find any issues. So for now five stars because it made my mom just giddy to own this box set. It's her favorite show and she would be lost without it. I hope this is helpful for anyone on the fence about buying this!

Because of life itself I bought these in May and I am just now getting a chance to get to season 4 and the first disc will not play. Makes it to the FBI warning and stops and won't go any further. I realize I have past the time for return so make sure you set and watch them right away.

Quality of picture is horrible. Out of focus. Love the show but don’t like these dvds.

I love that I found this I have been want the collection of the golden girls for a long time and I have shopped around online for the set and this was by far the best deal I found out there the others where way over priced.

I bought this collection as a Christmas gift for a family member. After trying multiple DVD players it is clear the season 4, disc 1 is defective and will not play. There is no way for my family member to own the complete collection without purchasing the entire season 4 from a more reliable seller. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend buying from this seller. The return/exchange policy should be updated to account for this situation. I would have given 0 stars but that was not an option when leaving a review - something else that needs updating.

They all came wrapped up and looks great, however I have been going through them and season 4 disc 1 dose not work

Poor quality control. One season case was broken inside and one DVD would not play.Returned the whole set.
