Hikari Menraku Tonkotsu Ramen Noodles, Miso, 6.5 Ounce

This ramen noodle is nice pick for Shoyu Ramen lover. Comes with deeply flavorful shoyu based soup. I would recommend to enjoy with boiled or stair fried cabbage along with green onion. Also, don't forget to put some white pepper for additional essence.

Best ramen I've ever cooked. Quick, easy, delicious!

This was a good buy and I enjoyed the delicate broth and noodles. I tried it with no add-ins first, then I had the second set of noodles with shrimp and bok choi and with that delicious broth going on and I really enjoyed this. And the noodles are not ramen. They are somen noodles and delicately delicious.

These are very tasty ramen. I like them very much. It is a bit expensive. I wish they cost less. But, I recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the noodles separated by a paper band into 2 portions. Plus, there were 2 individual seasoning packets. Upon smelling the noodles, they smelled great, but I did not like the broth seasoning mix. It had an off smell to me and also appeared too brown once mixed into hot water with the cooked noodles. The noodles also confused me because they turned the water yellow and the water became a bit thick. This has never happened before. The noodles were fresh and had great texture but the seasoning was the dealbreaker for me. I tasted it once and gave it to my husband. He rated it a 7 out of 10.
