These are luxurious and look more expensive than they are. They are comfortable and fit well.Some reviewers were upset that they didn't fit well or fell apart after washing. Look under the pictures of the robes in the different colors. The company has provided sizing and care information. In comparing my own measurements with those given, I think that they would fit women with somewhat larger measurements, but not too much. The company probably wants to be careful and give conservative estimates as far as sizing. One reviewer said that she is size 18 and hers fit fine. In my opinion, it would be risky to get them if you are over size 18. Most people want robes to overlap in the front for modesty. However, if you are wearing something underneath and don't need them to overlap, they might fit women that are over size 18. I agree with another reviewer that the sash is a little short when tied in a bow.As far as care, here they recommend dry cleaning; however, the label says to hand wash or dry clean. They're made of polyester, so they could be washed. I recommend putting them in a net/mesh bag which you can get here on Amazon. Wash them in cold water and line dry. When mine need cleaning, this is what I'll do. In fact, I wash most of my clothes in cold water and line dry to preserve the fabric, color and prevent shrinking. Some reviewers put them directly in the washing machine with undesirable results.I ordered the pink, turquoise, aqua, and violet. I kept the pink and turquoise, returned the other two. This is an artistic print. Therefore, according to the position of the sewing pattern on the fabric, the placement of the peacocks are going to be different. If you have ever sewn anything with a pattern, you will know what I mean. On some, the peacocks are well-placed so that you can see many of them in the front. On others, they are not well-placed in the front.I returned the aqua for this reason and because it's baby blue, not aqua, as another reviewer mentioned. The other thing is that the tail of the peacock is a peachy tone. It looks best on the pink, in my opinion. On the violet, it stood out and looked kind of strange to me. It also stands out on the turquoise, but I kept it because it's one of my favorite colors.I know that this is a rather long review for a robe, but it deserves this because it's such a beautiful, artistic print and good quality at an outstanding price. I highly recommend these robes.Update 3/30/15:Just to clarify---when I ordered them, they all had peacocks on them. At this time, most of them are plain.There are other sellers of peacock robes on Amazon.

I love this robe. I bought the shorter version in turquoise, navy, plum, olive, and aqua. Turquoise was my favorite color by far. I loved it so much, I decided to buy it in the longer version as well.The material is very light and soft - it makes you feel like you aren't wearing much at all. The outside is satiny smooth, while the inside is unlined and not smooth (but still very comfortable). I'm not sure how well this material will breathe in the summer, but it's so loose and flowy, I don't foresee it being a huge problem. The construction quality isn't absolutely perfect, but close enough and definitely worth the price.The fit is definitely loose on a slimmer person. I'm 5'7" and 115 lbs (I normally wear a size 0 or 2), but I still feel great in it. Depending on how tightly you're willing to wrap it around your body, or how billowy you're okay with letting it hang, you can still make it work. Just don't go into this purchase expecting something form-fitting. The fit is definitely casual and relaxed. The hem falls a few inches above my ankles. I personally think it looks much more attractive without the belt (while wearing something lightweight underneath), but when I do belt it, I don't use the belt loops because they're placed a little low. I just cinch the waist a little higher on the robe, and it looks fantastic.Overall, this is a very beautiful, comfortable, lightweight robe that has made my home life just that much brighter and relaxed :)If you're on the fence about this purchase, I would just go for it. Imho, it's definitely worth the price.

This kimono is lovely and very comfortable. I was very pleased with the length. I'm 5'2 and it hits at my ankles. It's the perfect length. I love to put it on at the end of the day when I get home from the office. I peel off all my clothes and lounge around in this very soft kimono. My husband loves it. My only complaint is that because it is One Size it is quite roomy. I weigh 145 pounds and it is plenty roomy. If you weigh less than I do you are going to be swimming in this kimono. I recommend you get one that has standard sizing so that you can get your right size. I'm going to continue to enjoy this beautiful kimono, but I do wish I had it in my standard size of medium.

This robe is so much more beautiful than the pictures show! I plan on buying one for myself now! I already have one but the quality isn’t is nice and I paid more! This kimono robe has a nice weight and swing to the fabric, it is suuucch a soft fabric, the print is beautiful!!! Lots of nice details like little pockets, an inside tie and an outer sash. The length is perfect and the price was right!! I’m so impressed!! I had to blast some of the packaging wrinkles out with a hot blowdrier (my trick since I don’t have my own dryer in my apartment) but that’s obviously not a big deal AND it didn’t arrive smelling like that gross rubber/plastic factory smell that clothes you order online sometimes have. I’m excited to give my sister this special gift!
