Quick delivery. Nice and neatly fitting in the car. Magnet system works well and holds my Samsung note S4 phone stable. Very pleased. Works a treat.Two observations relative to the kind of case you use and I found a way around them. Mine is a leather book cover affair which is too heavy for the magnet. It simply is not strong enough to hold the phone on the magnet. If you have a simple snap on case then it should e fine. It works for me by popping off the case and inserting the metal strip to insert in the phone case which grabs to the magnet in the air vent, but for my phone that metal strip inside the case has to be positioned very carefully if the phone back is to snap on ok.

Very simple product idea and by default one of the better ones for easy secure and removal of your smartphone. Purchase two, one for my wife and one for myself and have found them to be by far the best concept to date. No more suckers coming away from windows when the car hits a bump or bulky phone holders etc, The holder is very small and easily positioned on the vent, and the two metal plates easy to fit to the phone. I put the smaller one with adhesive backing inside the back cover of the phone and the larger one between the outside of the back cover and the phones protective casing. Superb, I would highly recommend for product innovation, quality and price.

Very clever and very strong magnet, although one downside... Not suitable for every car! I had to give mine to my sister as I could not attach it to the air vents in my Mini Cooper; they were simply not compatible - but she loves it. It is easy to use and surprisingly stable even with a large, relatively heavy phone such as the iPhone 6 Plus. Despite this I would recommend to anyone who has standard air vents, perhaps Asscom should release a Mini version ;)? As I am sure plenty of other cars including the Audi A series do not have standard air vents!

This locks onto the drivers central air vent of my VW Golf MK VII just fine. The phone looks steady, I use features via the steering column so am fully hands free. I have no notion to touch it whilst driving, but having it in sight is good. Not sure the phone could be used on the mount (too springy) but where I am controlling the phone via the cars built-in features it is ideal.Have placed the magnet inside the back of the cover against the phone, pinned so there is no need to stick on.Tried a conventional cradle first but found it fell off regularly from the dash and even on the windscreen, where I did not want it, so decided to try this magnetic version.It's perfect for my purpose.

I own a OnePlus One, which is about the same size and weight as an iPhone 6 Plus. The instructions say to put one of the metal plates between the phone case and the phone, but when I did this the phone shifted around and wouldn't stay firmly attached to the holder. So I had to stick the plate to the outside of the case. It doesn't look very good but at least the phone now stays in place.My phone's case is a Diztronic, which isn't particularly chunky, so I imagine several other people will experience the same issues I've had.

Great product and I would certainly recommend it but I don't think it is as glowing as all of these reviews suggest. It wouldn't work with my decent 'Thule' branded iPhone 6 Plus phone case but once I switched it to a thinner case (which I like the design but it is much thinner and doesn't offer much protection), it works a treat. Have used it quite a bit and although it hasn't fallen off, it wouldn't surprise me if it did. Because although it feels as if it's sturdy, it does give some slight movement. All in all though, especially for the price, this is DEFINITELY worth a punt, maybe even as a great gift idea.

I have never found a car mounted phone holder that works for me, until now - Plastic ones break, or are hard to release - and vent ones were always in my eyes the worst - However, this item was recommended to me, and I have not looked back - The part which fits into the air vent is well made and does not budge once fitted - I just slipped the thin metal plate behind my phone in its case, and now I can just slap my phone onto the magnet and it stays put brilliantly - Recommended.

To be fair, this has only lost a star because of the design of my car, not the design of the product. It is designed to fit on an air vents and they are not standard vents in my car. It does work and the magnet is strong enough to hold the phone in place. In fact, it is so strong that I often take the whole unit with me without realising as it sticks better to the magnet than to the air vent!If you have standard vents in a convenient location in your car, this would be perfect for you.
