This waist trainer really works! It's, comfortable, supportive, good value for money and really does make you sweat! I wore it over a vest top to show how well it works! Highly recommended!

This is really good i wear it alot especially when working out as it helps relieve some of the pain i suffer with in my back plus it makes you sweat loads around your stomach but you cant see it through clothes as it absorbs it!!

Good product, could be a little firmer but it is also loose enough to do sit-ups in, not too rigid.

A Bargain, does exactly what it says it does
I've worn this so many times, it makes your belly area SWEAT which does, in turn, reduce the size of your waist. It helps with bloating and gives your back good support. You can wear this whilst doing any type of cardio and it does not get uncomfortable. Would highly recommend!
