Poor flavor & crunchy
I usually buy Italian or French bottargo so thought it would be nice to try from another country. Unfortunately it didn’t work out well. the color is dark, flavor lacking and texture crunchy as if the grated bottarga was vacuum sealed while wet. It wouldn’t break up into a powder by hand, I had to re-crush it with a rolling pin. I’ll stick with my usual brands - this was disappointing
