This appeared to be working great, however today one side fell out of siding. Hoping we aree able to repaiir and it is not bent. I do have the warranty if I need to return. Color fades fast and moves a lot with wind, we never keep it out if it is windy.

I was sent a used, or returned product because it was missing screws and the pole to expand the awning had some scrapes on it. The instructions are not easy to follow so I recommend that you can just google for the "Sequoia Awnings Tutorial" video. That video was a life saver or else I am not sure I would've been able to follow along. I rated this low because of the instructions and the fact that I got some used/returned product. I don't have time to wait to return it so I just went ahead and got my own screws and bolts. So far after installing it, it looks ok and functional. It does not appear to be super sturdy, but will do for now.
