Construction quality is very good, attachment of the blades are difficult as the hidden screws are hard to see when assembling. But most of all, I'm very disappointed this fan lacks a higher speed. It almost seems this fan's high speed mode is comparable to other brand's medium speed and seriously lacks moving a lot of air. I have one Hunter 60" fan in my Study that will blow the books off the shelves on high whereas these two fans together barely produce the airflow of my one Hunter on medium. Unfortunately, I'm inclined to keep these two fans because of the time and efforts already spent for the installation and don't want to compound my efforts again for replacing them. The three star rating is mostly for cost, quality, and application versatility. Assembly & installation takes longer than most and performance is disappointingly POOR. If you are looking for a fan to move a lot of air around a big room, this is NOT the fan you want.

I was a bit skeptical of this fan when I ordered it because most outdoor fans are a lot more costly and I did not recognize the brand name. The fan arrived on time, the packaging was secure, and instructions were very easy to follow. The fan itself appears to be very good quality, its totally sealed to keep out moisture and pests. Installation was a breeze and the company includes spare screws just in case you lose one or two. Once installed, the fan is very quiet and perfectly balanced. I was so happy with the first fan that I ordered two more so that I can replace all of my outdoor fans.

We bought this fan to replace one that had died. This fan pushes a lot of air is & quiet. It's a beautiful fan & looks more expensive than it is. Install was a little tricky, but my husband figured it out after a couple minutes.

We replaced an older patio fan with this one. It looks great, runs well, and was easy to install. We bought this fan because of previous reviews and because the blades were longer than the fan we had. We can truly see and feel the difference. We are happy with our decision.

Warbles terribly can’t get it to stop

I worked for hours trying to get this thing from wobbling......wasted my money.

The fan looks nice and is quiet. I was disappointed in the amount of breeze it generates - even on high. I will probably replace it soon.

Second Monte Carlo fan and the last. They look beautiful but they are so noisy. Bad choice for the master bedroom. First one made grinding noise like bearings were bad, second one knocks ........will never buy Monte Carlo again.
