MCA Creations Tumbler Cuptisserie

I made the purchase for my fiancé who has started getting into making custom tumblers. Item arrived on time and seems to be good quality. She’s already began turning a couple tumblers over the little time I’ve had it and so far have had no complaints. Definitely 5/5 from me, and would recommend this seller if you are looking for a nice tumbler turner / “cuptisserie”.

We had a little “hiccup” with the shipping - HOWEVER .....there was communication and it was all fixed in no time. These turners work GREAT for those of us just starting out. Use common sense however and assure you are working on a level surface and all PVC pieces are sitting flush against your surface or you will have epoxy issues. I have run these for hours consistently, the motors work great and only have a slight rotating noise - I will be ordering more of this type of turner in the future - GREAT PRICE and EASY to work with Company!!!

Unfortunately, I didn't like this purchase at all. While it appears to be well crafted, it didn't quite deliver. The motor got extremely hot quickly so I had to turn it off mid project which affected my craft. I purchased this product to make tumbler cups but it spins too fast to effectively apply the epoxy to projects.

I dislike that it doesn't turn counterclockwise wise and it doesn't have an on and off switch.

I tried really hard to make it work and to like it because of the price but it has an uneven rotation and if you notice it has a slight jolt every couple of turns which makes my cups turn out uneven. I tried contacting customer service when I first got this and was told “all products are tested and work fine when they are shipped” ... well for 50$ this thing should not be rotating uneven and should not be squeaking . I’ve ruined 3/5 cups on this turner since having it because it turns out uneven and not coated properly because of the jolt that occurs every couple of seconds . I wanted to make this a good review and have tried it for weeks and I just am not happy with the money I spent on this nor am I happy with the “help” I got when I contacted support.

I dislike this tumbler turner completely! When I went to use it it kept knocking and making terrible sounds! Upon investigation of the parts, the dowel was not centered and made the entire thing Off kilt! My husband now has to re drill a NEW dowel and put the whole 5ing back Together! Plus the “removable” tumbler rod kept coming lose therefor nothing would turn!Better off building your own! Just buy a motor!

I like the design, and other than having to make sure you attach the disconnect pipe good (or it will come loose) it’s a small price to pay for the way the turner runs. The motor does not get too hot, and over all it’s been my favorite turner purchase so far. I’ll be buying another one soon!

This cup turner is perfect for me and my girls! We just started making cups and this is exactly what we needed to apply epoxy.
