Taste's great with crackers and sometimes I add to a salad.

This cheese is very good and it gave me no stomach upset. Smells amazing too. I but expensive for sure

SO admittedly, cheese doesn't totally agree with me but I love it. Interestingly enough, Cypress Grove does not have a negative effect on me. I wonder if it is because it is goat cheese. Anyway, the lamb chopper was the perfect addition to my charcuterie board(s) and a crowd-pleaser. The size of the Amazon Fresh cheeses is the perfect amount for something like a cheese board where you want to highlight a bunch of cheeses.

This is CG's only sheep's milk cheese - they may want to consider making more! This cheese is smooth and buttery with somewhat of a nutty zing at the finish. I ate it as a snack with my mid day cup of coffee and it was a surprisingly good pairing. Looking forward to adding this to my next cheese board and eating alongside a salty dark chocolate + a jammy red wine.

So I used it in my Risotto and it was amazing. It was creamy and the taste was very mild in my opinion but that is also because I love strong cheeses. But my Fiancé's taste in cheese isn't strong. He loved it. I highly recommend this product and it was on sale for $8 can't beat that. Definitely getting this again...

I thought this was very tasty - plus the label has an adorable lamb on a motorcycle. This would be cute in a spring care package or gift basket. We sliced it and ate it with crackers, and I also served it alongside roasted veggies.

This is the perfect cheese. Flavorful without being acidic, sharp or tangy. It’s great to add variety to your cheese plate. Simple dinner around here with a baguette, toasted nuts, and sliced prosciutto...add a little jam or honey if you’re fancy.
