Excellent chair for improving posture and health
When I bought the chair I was a little skeptical at first because of other reviews, but I am glad I ignored them and got it!The very first thing I saw when I opened the box was a welcoming warranty, which made me confident the company has my back and will stand by their product.I had a little trouble figuring out the assembly because some of the photos on the instructions were small, but the customer support was superb, and helped me the entire way.About the chair itself: the cushions are soft enough to be comfortable yet firm enough to support my body build (5' 10" at about 210lb). The seat and knee pillow are adjustable both in height and in angle with an easy to remove pin, and easy to use piston. I immediately noticed I was breathing better as soon as I sat down, and had no problem adjusting the height to sit at my desk. Now my hands hover just over my keyboard and mouse (like they're supposed to, to avoid CTS) rather than lay on the desk itself. I've been using it for only a few days and my back, legs, and feet already feel like they have better circulation. The only thing I would suggest be better is for the packaging plastic around the piston to be fully removable. It is glued in there so when removing it, there are little bits left, that isn't very attractive looking. But the company was very responsive to my feedback, so maybe that will be covered by my warranty when it's fixed.

Not so great if you are heavy
My hip started hurting, is not sturdy enough and the lumbar support is not high enough. I feel it would be better if you could stand more upright. Is too much pressure on the joints.

A new way to sit
My physical therapist actually recommended I look into a kneeling chair to help with lower back and posture problems that come from working a job where I sit in front of a computer all day. Already have a standing desk, so this was purchased to help compliment that option. And so far, I really like it. I can feel the difference instantly in my back when I use the kneeling chair compared to using a regular chair.Of note: I don’t use the kneeling chair all day. I like to switch it up, so I might stand for a bit and then revert back to the kneeling chair for about 30-40 minutes before standing or sitting in a regular chair. The variation in positions throughout the day seems to work best for me and also keeps me consistently focused on maintaining good posture. The chair itself is comfy and sturdy. Haven’t had any problems making adjustments to the height as needed. And assembly was easy enough, especially considering that I’m far from handy with tools. The one feature I didn’t love was the back-support pad (the top kinda jabbed into my back) so I removed it and it’s all good now.

Read, Check pictures, and do not buy.
This seat must have been designed for specific height.I am 5'5" which is a little below average. The seat's height with the wheels is 23 inches at the lowest height setting which means you will sit higher than your desk if you were planning to use it for your desk and thus, your arms will dangle down and hurt your upper and lower back. The knee pad is thick and short, so it forces you to squeeze your thighs together to stay pinned, other wise, the thick cushion tends to slip you to the outside. It would work for a female, but definitely very uncomfortable for a man.The distance between the cushion and the seat is about 4 inches! I can not think of a person whose thigh is about 6 inches long to fit in there. I had to remove the back and sit off the seat to get my knees in there! Look at the pictures.Funny thing, the seat adjustment at the furthest point gives you 4-5 inches of knee space, and at the closest point both the seat and the knee pad collide! What kind of a design is that? It's not even made for human beings, but for paper thin people or maybe a plant!Last and most trivial, the assembly will take you over 30mins, and it's not easily assembled. I am very experienced and handy and it took me a while to get the screws in place. The Adjustment knobs are extremely hard to change, you will need to turn the chair on it's side to make any adjustments.Bottom line, faulty design, uncomfortable sit, expensive for nothing and not easy to adjust or assemble.Terribly regretting this purchase.

Not worth the cost
The metal for the back rest bends, does not support. (The weld has now broken, no longer working). Did not come with "long spring pin" but instead a long bolt type piece that I need to get a tool for to properly install/tighten. Did not come with black screws, so I cannot attach the plastic cover over the backrest, which probably doesn't matter because that is likely to break off. Came with 2 strange square plastic caps that do not show up in installation pieces guide... no idea why they are in there? One of the wheels broke, so I will be buying replacements, if I can find something that works. This is very poorly made, unfortunately ☹️

Provided the Relief I needed
I looked over multiple reviews and multiple chairs before selecting this style. I read the complaints of the back rest and knee pain and blisters, etc. I have found the chair to be easily assembled, I did have a problem initially with the back rest but took it off and flipped it around realizing I had assembled it wrong and after the fix it is quite comfortable. As far as knee/shin pain. Yes, that is a reality. Anytime you have pressure you are going to experience pain, it is your body's way of telling you to move. We move in our sleep for that very reason. When I feel the strain on my legs I get up and move around. I do switch back and forth to my regular office chair but I don't have the constant pain on my lower back like I did with this new chair. As far as the blisters that I read someone developed. That is probably due to physical/health issues, not the chair. I highly recommend this chair if you need relief from back pain from sitting too many hours. I'm so happy I purchased this product. I highly recommend it. The ONLY negative is the castors roll front to back not side to side but I'm fine with that because I tend to roll sideways in my regular chair. So it really isn't a negative for me.
