This product arrived safe and well packaged.Inside the box is everything you need to light up any area of your house (or any indoor/outdoor space) and instructions on how to do this. I've chosen to install these in my boys bedroom, running along the edge of the ceiling around 3 walls. With 6 metres of lights in the box it was the perfect size to fit into this space. Although I'm aware they can cut along the marked lines, and even connected together to make them longer with the included connectors.The light strips are stuck to the ceiling with the included sticky pads. These have a very strong grip, so stick the lights instantly. Once laid in place, the power lead and control box are connected to the mains - and job done!As these are 'Smart' lights they can be controlled with the included remote control, or through the Smart Life App. This App is used by the majority of Smart Devices I own, so connecting takes seconds! It's a great app that gives total control over the device, colour, brightness, patterns etc.I prefer to use my Alexa device to control these, so I have the Skill enabled to do so. A quick choice command and my living room is totally transformed.These lights are fantastically bright and have a huge range of (millions of) colours too. With them positioned on the edge of the ceiling, they create a light wash right down the wall. It's an amazing effect that feels incredibly expensive... yet this kit is amazing value!I highly recommend this product!

The media could not be loaded.  I’m refurbishing my new apartment and I have horrible ceilings with steel beams going across. I’ve placed them on the lip of the the beam and it’s helped make the room more lively and welcoming. The initial set up is very easy and connection to the phone is simple. The app is designed well so using it should be straight forward for most. Gives you the control of dimming, turning on/off, change the colour, and set the scene. Because I don’t get much natural light, I had hoped it was just a little bit brighter. This won’t be an issue for most. It’s not really a problem for me either, but would’ve been nicer to have that extra. The build quality is great, it was handle a little rough but it held together well.

Loved these lights for the 3 days they stayed stuck in place but the so called 3M tape used to hold them in place is quite clearly NOT 3 M tape as it lasted less than 3 days , love the look of the lights and connected to ALEXA no problem but the adhesive tape is very very poor.

Great product however you need to make sure you can switch off the 5Ghz on your router as it will only function on 2.4Ghz, virgin routers are fine , simple plug N play, sky/bt etc... will need setting changed in the routers page online

I was looking forward to this product arriving, as I had been researching LED strip lights for a while.Unfortunately I was unable to test these properly as some of the LED didn't not light up.I have been given a full refund. But I can't give a true review of this product.So all in all, 3 stars.

Very excited to get these to content to my smart life app with my other plugs and lights. When I opened the box I was surprised to find a 2 pin plug. Tried to contact the seller a week ago and haven’t had a reply to say if this is a mistake.Tried to connect them to an adapter and they were making a noise which didn’t sound good.Going to have to return

The media could not be loaded.  They were so easy to set up and we were done with my whole room in 10 minutes flat. Played around with the settings a bit as you can see from the video. Only issue is not sure how to change the primary colour only on the app.

I like the look of this product, but I’ve been trying to get the app to connect to it for the past hour to no avail. There’s no help available and I’m getting really frustrated with it. It should be a simple process but clearly it isn’t. If I can’t resolve this then I’ll have to return it
