The card doesn't spring open or close properly and their customer service is nonexistent
This product and company doesn't even deserve one star. Don't believe these fake reviews they've given themselves, just take a look at my pictures for all the proof you need. When you close this card, you can still see the 3D tree hanging on the outside. It doesn't shut properly at all and it doesn't spring up properly either when you open it. It looks so cheap and tacky.When I emailed about this problem to see if they'd replace it they didn't even bother to respond. It seems they'd rather accept the bad review instead.I literally hate these guys. I paid a lot of money considering it's just a card, but the cherry blossom tree is sentimental to the person receiving it so I bought it. This is supposed to be a valentine's present but these idiots have ruined this gift. It won't be impressive to open, so I've bought a regular card from the shop instead. This one has to go in the bin. I'm not happy about the quality, price or their level of service.My advice is to go to a proper card shop and feel the quality before buying because this handmade product simply isn't worth the money.

Genuinely impressed
Quite expensive but worth it. Often what you receive with products like this bears no resemblance to the picture, but not in this case. Despite being card and the "mechanism" being complicated it's really sturdy and looks amazing. My 101 year old grandmother, who this was bought for and who has poor eyesight absolutely loved it.

Very Impressive Laser-Cut Pop-Up Card
Really nice looking and well made card. Prompt delivery and as it's blank the design is generic enough for Birthdays, Valentines, Mothers Day etc. A little bit more expensive than I'd like but that's no reflection on the quality. Note - the card is not as big as one or two of the promotional pictures suggest; some artistic license taken there I think!

Beautiful
Bought as a Mother’s Day card. My mum cried, she absolutely loved it. This card is stunning. The envelope is very cute but has an opening at the front so you can see thcan card whilst it’s in the envelope - this isn’t an issue but means that the card itself could get dirty or damaged before the receiver has actually had chance to see it. Overall, very happy even though it was a little pricey.

Beautiful and good quality
Because I liked it, I ve been using it as decoration for months now and there it is 6 months after purchase, standing without problem, looking beautiful, like new!

Disappointing
This card is really beautiful and stunning - but our cat knocked it off the table and it fell apart straight away - however hard we tried, we couldn't get it back together again. A real pity.
