Throw in 2 nests and medium boil for a few minutes while lifting up and down straightening it out and you can eat w/o pasta sauce it's that good!!!!

My husband loves angel hair, and I try to prepare it for him whenever I make an appropriate sauce. These De Cecco nests are excellent. Because they are formed into nests instead of dry, straight pieces, they are a little more difficult to separate while cooking, especially since you only have a couple of minutes, but they are worth it. The strands are thinner than the Barilla angel hair I used before them. If you have never before cooked angel hair, note that it cooks in almost no time. Excellent pasta for making Rice pilaf

Love the pasta and the ease of cooking it and especially that I can actually serve it in a serving size proportion. Only one package came instead of the advertised 5 packages. It was a budget stretch to spend the cost for 5 packages let alone just one package!

This is the only place I can find the nests anymor

I like the size, and taste. I can’t find nests in stores, so finding them online is great. I can’t eat regular spaghetti because since a kid, it looked like worms—crazy, but true!
