Lemon flavored vinegar, not a true balsamic type version.
Might just be me but did not care for the flavor of this particular brand or flavor. Tasted like vinegar and lemon. Balsamic should be more of a mellowed flavor which I did not find this one to have. Would not buy again or recommend.

Although expensive, this is a great balsamic vinegar. Great on salads.
