Great Product
Since I hit my 40's I've noticed that I've been gaining weight much easier than in the past. I've tried diet and exercise and it helped some but I needed and extra boost. Terrible
I gained 5 pounds after taking one pill/day for 120 days. I wouldn't recommend using this at all. Best way to lose weight is healthy diet and exercise... i'll just have to face that fact and stop sitting on my butt reviewing products I purchased on Amazon...

My girlfriend turned me on to this having seen it on Dr Oz and I have to say that after nearly 2 months of taking it as described I can truly say that it has lived up to claims. I don't know if I can say these work as well for me as they might do for someone else. I only lost 4 or 5 pounds in my first month in taking them but I also have been eating right and exercising. I will give them another try after taking a month off to compare results.

Metabolilsm boosted
I exercise regularly and eat a well-balanced diet of healthy and whole foods avoiding as much processed foods as possible. After a certain point I found myself only losing 1 or 2 pounds a month. But after adding raspberry ketones to my routine I noticed a larger amount of weight coming off. So I really feel that it has had an affect on my metabolism to help me increase weightloss a bit.

I was using a different fat blocker which seemed to do better 500-Extreme...Tried this for a month and there was no change...in my weight at all..
