Very good quality! Very sharp!

Well made scissors but the ends are blunt which is a little weird. Also I have trouble gripping them when I cut especially if my hands are wet. The spring is so tight they want to "open" and they slide right out of my hand.

Very sharp! It's also very convenient to use. Can cut hard objects.

Product is good, not quite as sharp as I would have hoped. Gets the job done though!

don't like the spring tension

These worked great for processing chickens. Heavy duty.

This is an excellent product, exactly what I wanted. Very heavy duty and robust build. The blades are about 4 - 5mm thick and wicked sharp. The construction is solid and perfectly machined. It is heavily built, tight, well balanced and comfortable to use. It is easy to wash, and looks like it will be okay in a dishwasher. There is no instructions to the contrary from the manufacturer. Everything fits together so tightly there are no cracks or spaces for meat or blood to get into. As a result washing is very easy. This unit is attractive enough to display together with my collection of good kitchen cutlery.As to the performance, it cuts easily through chicken, squirrel and unicorn carcass. Skin and bones as well as paper and plastic, no problem. I reach for it when I have to clip a coupon or open a package. Handle scales, while attractive, get a bit slippery after processing a cooler full of game. This maybe alleviated by wearing latex gloves, which I never tried. No big deal for me in my humble kitchen, but I imagine may become an issue if you are working a conveyor belt type of meat processing job.

Very sharp, use these when we process our chickens. handle is very slippery when it gets wet so it makes it hard to use.
