Excellent recovery drink after high intensity workout.
I’ve been buying these for years at my gym but they stopped selling it months ago. I was glad to find a company that sells them on Amazon, and for less than what the gym had sold them for.This is a great recovery drink for right after a heavy resistance training workout. Repletes quickly with the right balance of carbs and protein, and both flavors taste great. I hope the seller continues to offer these.

I love the taste and the protein count is solid. I usually drink only half a bottle and save the other half for the next workout.
