Only use metal for long lasting
I needed these for my onboard compressor, as plastic ones get brittle and leak , plus I used metal tubing instead of plastic. For a more permanent fixHowever would use loc tite 545 on all pneumatic fittings

Good, but thread seal sucks
These got the job done but had to be rewrapped. I tried my luck with using only the thread seal that came on the fittings. Leaks galore! Rewrapped the threads with teflon tape and we're gtg (good to go).

Great price!
First I found the threads incorrectly formed loose fit in any female insertion.We all know Teflon tape is not a filler but a lubricant for the tapered thread.We learned from the company of Loctite that the thread locker is a filler such as what these threads need.I used blue locate on my threads and let it set up and snugging the fitting without bottoming. NO LEAK!

These things are great! They come already wrapped in teflon tape and are easy to install. I haven't had an issue with a single one. Definitely recommend!
