These are much easier on my 2 year old hair than the elastic or rubber hair bands. The material is soft but very stretchy to accomodate even those with thick hair. There are a lot of bands in the package so I dont feel bad if we loose one.

Elastics are ripping appart at first use... full of littles white wire of elastics all over... Do not buy them.
