Damaged in Shipment?
I purchased this set in late 2018 through Amazon and kept it [unopened] in my attached garage until the weather was suitable to open and assemble it. Sadly, I found that one of the seat bottoms for the chairs has a split in one of the boards. [See pictures attached.] Please send me a replacement for that part as soon as possible. That is the only part that was damaged and that is all I need. Neither the manufacturer, nor Amazon, could replace just the part I needed; however, Amazon was willing to replace the entire set at no added cost to me. Now, I just need to hope the replacement set arrives undamaged.Thank you.

Beautiful furniture
This furniture was easy to put together by one person! Some of the screws were a little tighter than others, but easy adjustment by moving the legs/arms helped out. It only took me a few hours to put the entire set together. The cushions have a little lavendar hue, which is perfect for me. Highly recommend at this point. Waiting for summer to see if they withstand the desert heat!

Cushions are disappointing and would give it 5 stars if they weren’t.
Furniture looks great and was easy to assemble. However, they will need different seat cushions. The thin cushions slide around and do not stay in place; it would help if they had straps to secure them. The cushions also have a slight tint of purple.

Great price and good quality
It’s not the most luxurious set, but the price fits well. We live in Arizona and the sun is constantly beaming at over 100 degrees and it has held up well. The cushions aren’t super thick, but they’re fine and you could replace them if you wanted. I’ve gotten a few compliments on it.

Cracked straight through in two places on one of the chairs before we even finished putting it together. How do I get my money back or get a placement part?

Quality and Value!
I like the deep seats and lower back. So much room to add a fuller cushion. Cushions are thinner but work and the color is neutral.Putting together was EASY and with tools provided.I want to buy another set!

Sunset Garden SG15 Biscayne Outdoor Furniture Set, Taupe
This came partially put together, so assembly was not too difficult. Once I got it all together I put the cushions on the loveseat and the chairs. They are more of a faded lavender than a taupe. I put these on the back deck, they look great. At first I did not care for the cushions, they are not very thick. After using them for a few months I have changed my mind. They are not thick, but they are very durable. The cushion is about two inches thick and pretty firm, it does not become misshapen even after extended use. The material is water resistant so I am able to leave it outdoors. I love this set!
