I looooove this product. It is not a steamer for room. It is exactly for the face and for this exact purpose it works great. With one load of water it produce steam for 20 minutes or so. It is exactly appropriate time for steaming the face. If you cover your head and the machine under a towel when it is steaming, it will work as a great spa. I also love the needles for extracting pores. I don't have large pores but even for my small pores there are some applicators that works great. Most of the applicators that I have used before were so painful to use. but these ones are not. I want to use it every 2 weeks because even when I am not in my Venus week ;) and my hormones are not in he best conditions of the month, using the whole package makes my skin clear and glowy with small and clean pores. I think every girl has to have one of them at home. :)

I used to have one like this 30 years ago, and it was so old and cracked.. it was time to find one like it and this is it. I bought the vicks one ($50).. horrible in comparison. This item, the top locks in place, & more stable on the counter because of its wider base, and quick to use and quick to boil and loads of steam. I needed this to help clear our my sinus and lung congestion.

It's eady to use and to clean. Very convenient. I steam my face once a week and right after that I apply a face mask and I feel like the product goes deep into my skin. I've seen improvement in my skin texture but i also started using acne solutions so I'm not sure if the steam could have done this improvement on its own

Its a great product it works well and it looks nice.Only complaint is that the nose piece is a little weird shaped and it didn't really fit my face but you can just take that part out and it works. good.

It's a real Face and Nostrils Therapy facial treater that I am so happy that I invested in. My face was so light and clean and it really opened up my nose and the stuff that came out????????? A must buy

It really looks cute but, it has a strong plastic odor and the entire unit gets very hot only after 4 minutes which is a concern . Also the box was torn so, maybe it’s been opened? I am returning this product and sorry that I cannot recommend it . GREAT !! Amazon customer service keep up the good work!

This is great for facials. I use it before I put a mask on because my skin seems to soak it up better. This is always really good for sinus infections or just a head cold.

Light weight comfy facial area quick to heat and does the trick it’s a must if you woke outside or have oily skin and or blackheads love love it!

Heard from friends this product it’s pretty good and can’t wait to try!
