These are specifically designed for those standing on hard surfaces all day with no break for their feet. We have taken our original work boot insole and added a layer of memory foam for extra cushioning and comfort. Extra cushion means you will need plenty of room in your shoes. If your shoes are already tight without an insole, these inserts may not fit! Insole thickness is 7mm at the toe and 10mm at the heel. Failed after 1 day
Plan on returning and I'm not sure how they got so many good reviews. For $30 bucks thought they'd be far superior than my other pair.Update: customer service responded in a timely manner so we'll see how the 2nd pair hold up and update yet again. Went from 1 Star to 2... so far.Update: fabulous customer service and I'm happy to say the 2nd batch has held up beautifully.

Better results with plywood.
These insoles are truly the worst I have ever tried. The multitude of high reviews are what made me give them a go. I wore them for two 12 hour shifts in a machine shop on concrete floors and I would have had better results lining my boots with a couple pieces of plywood.They made my arches, heels, ankles, and knees hurt like nothing else before. After the second day, I could barely walk.

WOW! I work 13 hour days walking hard concrete floors as a mechanical Maintenance mechanic at a production facility. I am a very big guy and wear size 14 steel toe boots. These inserts have somehow helped my pain in my low back, knees, calves, & feet. I’m not saying they made the pain go away although what I am saying is that I was hurting so bad I didn’t think I could go anymore. I got these and now I have pep in my step again.Thank you so much to Amazon and the company that made these. You’ve saved me from a life of pain.

Great cushion, great arch support.
Great insole for my work boots. Standing on concrete floors all day long will make ppl doubt their boot quality. These insoles brought my ole work boots back to life. They have a good cushion footbed and just the right amount of arch support to keep my feet and legs fresh all...all 12 hrs of my shift.

Not satisfied..
I bought this product with high hopes. I am a steel worker and on my feet 12 hours a shift. I expected some degree of cushion but it honestly felt as if I was walking on the concrete without shoes. I am not a person who usually gives negative reviews but this product did not meet minimum expectations in my opinion, especially for the cost. After the shift was over, I removed them from my boots.

Average insole
Definitely comfortable but started peeling a week into wearing them in my work boots. Both soles are peeling after one week. Maybe work better in sneakers. Would not recommend for work boots.
