Works perfectly!
I had never installed a 3-way switch before, but this product came with good instructions and works perfectly. I only needed to install the smart switch at one end, but my understanding is that some homes' wiring requires smart switches at both ends. (That might be the issue for the reviewer who said the switch doesn't work as a 3-way switch.) My *only* (very minor) complaint is that I don't care for the "MOES" insignia on the wallplate, but that was easily cured by replacing the wallplate with an inexpensive standard wallplate, which fit beautifully. I would definitely recommend this product.

Malfunctioning shortly after installation, returned.
This one has the same look as the TreatLife Single Pole smart switches. Since I need to install Single Poles and 3-Ways in a same 4-gang wall plate, I'd like to have them all look the same. So I bought 2 boxes of these MOES 3-Way pairs, a total of 4 switches. They just look almost exactly the same as the TreatLife 3-Way switches and they use the same Smart Life app as TreatLife. Also the manuals are almost the same too, which gave me an impression that they were probably the same switches OEM to different brands. But I think I was wrong! After installation and double checked the wiring was correct, I initialized them using the Smart Life app. But when Alexa found these devices, they were identified as "Plugs" instead of "Switches", which was very odd. But they appeared to be working so I didn't think too much, considering might be a software bug of Alexa. Then just within an hour of installation, the LED on these switches started to flicker. It was not any kind of regular fast or slow blinks, just randomly lit up for a while then went dark. The Smart Life app showed them as on/off randomly. The WiFi connections appeared to be really flaky too. All 3 of them that I installed behaved like that, while other TreatLife switches were working normally. This was the first time that I saw 3 devices malfunctioning the same time. It was very odd. So I didn't install the 4th switch. After a whole day on power without steady WiFi, I took them offline and replaced with the TreatLife's 3-Way switches. They have been working flawlessly.I'm returning the MOES switches. I'm feeling ridiculous that all 3 that I installed were bad. There must be some serious QC problems about this brand. Or did they just ship me the boxes from the flawed piles ?

Very good smart switch for the price.
These are one the only switches I found that can handle replacing a 3-way light switch by just replacing one switch. All of the others I researched required you to purchase an add-on switch for 3-way operation. This was very convenient for me because I have loads of 3-way switches and I wanted to maintain the operation of them without spending a fortune. I bought 5 of these total and will probably by a few more in the future. The installation was very easy as long as you identify all of your wires first. I also had no trouble with connecting the switch to the app that controls it. I only had one issue in the entire process. One of the switches would not remember or correctly report it's power state. In other words, the switch still worked, but would not correctly report to the app whether the switch was off or on. This made it impossible to use with Amazon Alexa, because it always thought the light was off. I reported this to Amazon and they sent a replacement right away. I received the replacement within 3 days and installed it. This time, the switch worked as it should. I have had them installed for about a week now and everything is working as it should. A final note: These switches fit standard outlet covers which is very nice. Most of my switches were in 2 gang or 3 gang boxes. Also, the included wall cover has the name of the company written on it. It was nice to be able to change that to a standard cover. All in all, I recommend the switches for the price and especially if you have a lot of 3-way switches.

I really wanted to like it...
I installed this with high hopes. I purchased a similar single switch which has worked wonderfully. When I saw that there was a 3 way switch version, I jumped on it!Unfortunately, it will not stay connected to the app or Alexa. The light sometimes flickers on the switch, sometimes it stays lit. Either way the wifi connection is spotty at BEST.Such a disappointment. I guess I will have to go through the hassle of uninstalling it and returning it. Total bummer.

Manufacturer is missing?
I am giving a 1 star review until this manufacturer contacts me to fix the broken light switch I have. I cannot find a way to contact the seller through amazon. The warranty is a measly 60 days, that's horse crap. I bought these in January of 2019 and did not install them until 2 weeks ago. I have one switch that has completely stopped working physically and form the app. I have disconnected and reconnected several times. All others are good for now, but my gut is telling me that more will fail.Update: 12/17/19Another 2 switches stopped working, they are physically hot to the touch, like the inside is over heating. This sucks

Light between switches
I am having difficulty installing these as there is a light between the two switches . I have older rocker switches working fine but these switches just wont work.I am going to try to rewire and see if they work, otherwise I will have to return.Their documentation is not good at all. They have pictures where there are more wires for a 4 way switch and is labeled as a 3 way. Documentation just does not seem correct.

Dimension tolerances dont seem to match US standards
I have other wifi switches but this is my first 3-way. The switch had no clearance going into my old metal style box. Thankfully it was a duplex box. But surely I will not be able to fit another smart switch in there. The most disappointing this what when I had to trim the wall plate hole to fit the smart plug dimensions. Works great but installation was tricky.

Jury's still out.
Bought 6 switches in May and one just failed in Oct. The switch was on a 500 watt light but these say they can handle 1250w. I will replace it with my last switch and see how it goes. Otherwise, easy to install (with wiring knowledge) and were very reliable, until this failure. Will update as events occur and hold off on any further purchases until they prove themselves to be more reliable.
