Q: Does this contain Aspartame

Happy to answer this as I had the same ‘concern’. No. It doesn’t. It contains sweeteners Sucralose and Acesulfame K but no Aspartame. It’s got a really chocolatey flavour that’s a nice treat for my sweet tooth without being GI hit. I really like it and have one hot choc in the evening when others are having a sweet treat. Hi, there is nothing specific about thickener. It contains caramel powder, and whey protein, both of which may contain cow's milk ( which I'm allergic to so I've stopped using it), but other than that, nothing specific. I hope this helps 🙂

Q: Is this drinking chocolate a Keto Friendly drink

This contains sucralose so isn't strictly Keto friendly as even a small amount of sucralose can kick you out of ketosis. For a purely low carb diet however this is a delicious alternative to standard drinking chocolate.
