Firstly I will say that it was in excellent condition upon arrival. No leakage etc., packaging intact and correct. I chose the Urban Antidote stage 2 repair, as stage one seemed to be too mild and stage 3 would be too heavy a product for almost daily use on my hair. I have an awful combo to deal with on my head, very thick hair, dry and damaged on the tips, oily at the roots yet a dry scalp. Yay post pregnancy! I have only had my hair cut once in the last year so I can attribute the damaged ends to this. I don't often blowdry/straighten/curl my hair, also due to the new baby at home. No time for that. After the first use I was pleased to find that my hair felt much lighter and softer from root to tip. Not much shine restored yet. It smells great and the scent usually lasts well over the course of a few days (I usually wash every 2-3 days). It smells tropical, but not cheap. Best way for me to explain it would be to say that it's like comparing generic candy to brand name stuff. It's scent is much less artificial than the 'store brand' products. I love it! After using it for about 2 weeks it has restored some shine, my hair is much healthier at the tip and I am pleased to find that it has helped to remove excess oil at the roots while also moisturizing my scalp. No more itchy greasy head after a day!!! I don't know how to tell if the product is authentic or not, and there is a printed barcode on the bottle which has no expiry date however I have used salon bought Bed Head products before and feel that this product does not fall short of the expexted quality. I would buy again, and would absolutely recommend this to my friends and family. *******One tip to consider is to be sure you select a reputable distributor as there are quite a few who sell this product on amazon.

This is the most amazing smelling shampoo. It’s my absolute favorite. Cleans great. Conditioner leaves hair soft but not heavy. Love it.

I started using this shampoo & conditioner years ago when my hair stylist had recommended I try it. I had gotten away from using it because you couldn’t buy it without getting it from a licensed hair dresser. She would get it for me but I moved away and no longer had the hair dresser anymore so I had to find something else to use. I was on the hunt for another brand and came across this and got excited to see it and am able to buy it. It’s one of the brands that have worked well on my hair.

I just received this. It shipped quickly, and I had no problems with the packaging. The shampoo I was using before I purchased Bed Head, is double the price for half the product. I love it, but I'm trying to find something that's more budget friendly. I saw a lot of reviews for this product, and thought I would try it out. So far I like it. I feel like my hair is extremely soft. I haven't noticed any damage improvements, but I feel like that will come over time, and I've only used the Shampoo and Condition twice so far. There are a couple of things that kind of bother me. First thing is the conditioner. It is not as thick as I expected it would be. It runs out of the bottle really quickly, and I end up using more than I should. The next thing, and this is me being super picky, is the smell. It smells great, I enjoy the smell, but it kind of reminds me of fruit snacks. So I keep getting whiffs of fruit snacks, which in turn makes me crave fruit snacks. I mean that's not technically a bad thing. I think it's just a little sweeter than I'm used to. Overall I am happy with the product, and would repurchase.

I work on a pig farm and I have to shower multiple times a day for biosecurity. This is the shampoo and conditioner I've been using to keep my hair from drying out. It's great I love it. It has a nice clean scent.

My 21 year old has been using this product for about 6 years and has extremely long and thick hair. I can smell her hair in the house whenever she’s home. Cheaper than Ulta, Kroger and Ulta. Tk maxx a few bucks cheaper but slime came out. It was gross
