This beats deep heat and tiger balm, hands down, well worth the money, I bought this for a friend with Polymyalgia who experienced a severe reaction to anaesthetic given for a minor operation. He was left stiff and in agony all over, to the point where he had to be carried everywhere for almost a week because he couldn't bend his legs or bear weight. Morphine and various pain relieving drugs didn't help and overloaded his stomach. His doctor took him off all his medication so his body to detox and heal. This clay is the ONLY thing that stopped his muscles shaking - due to the drug withdrawal - eased his pain and softened his muscles. His is now working again and uses the clay 3 times a day at 5 hour intervals. To date, he hasn't resumed any medication for pain or swelling. Highly recommended

Hi Welsh clay ref Phil. I bought one of these some months ago. Off you. I've got 2 bad knees and 2 broken bones in my neck after a motorway accident Not my fault. a 38 ton truck hit my van on the hard shoulder in 1989..this stuff gets rid of all my aching .ive tried all the rest of the so called heat treatments over the years and wasted my money. I wish I found this earlier. This is 100% brilliant put it on after a shower, as little or as much as you like the heat helps to releave the pain and stays warm for a long time.I have just bought 5 more, if any one is reading this Don't buy rubbish heat rubs and waste your money ,Get this. I have been using this for about 4-5 days now with no sign of any warmth/heat at all - until this morning - a few minutes after washing off the clay I felt a lovely warmth around my knees (only place I use it at the moment) - time will tell during the day if it makes any difference to the pain which is not constant but can surface at any time.

I've used this product before and can tell you it was brilliant but the last one I've recived feels like it's been watered down to runny and does not seem to last as long as the last one witch was like thick paste and had a longer lasting relief and also very expensive 12 pound should be more of a realistic price

Ordered my Draig Balm and it arrived the next day. It arrived just in time to try it out on a long run, my legs were already feeling a little sore so applied the balm and off I went. Felt great no aches or pains and after 10 miles Wow what a pleasantly surprised I had to feel the warmth in my legs and lower back. It felt like someone had wrapped me in a lovely warm blanket. Just what I needed after that run. A great product and I have already recommended it to lots of my friends. It’s something I definitely won’t be without now that Iv found it.

Although its early days -i've had a knee problem for months -nothing touches the pain or stiffness-the physio just says what do you expect for a man your age ( 65 !! ) I'm a keen cyclist so knees are important for my exercise -i've tried lots of hemp products and tiger balm and sometimes they work for a bit. This cream appears to be different on my joints -within 2 days of applying it twice or three times a day the pain has lessened considerably -of course I have no way of knowing if this will continue to last but so far in 4 days its been amazing. Try it -you have nothing to lose if it helps.

I have been getting a lot of stiffness in my lower back and hips making it painful to walk.Also my knees have been playing up with aches and pains.I am 65 yrs old and great fan of Magnesium spray and cream and Bio freeze as helped with the knee pain.As for the stiffness it unfortunately didn’t help.When I read the reviews on Draig Balm I had to try it out.It heated my back wonderfully applying it before bed relaxing my muscles and slept brilliantly.Next morning stiffness 70% gone and easier walking .Using it for the last week applying at night and there has been great improvement.Hopefully the stiffness will vanish altogether.🙏I personally recommend and give it 5*

I have Raynaud's & fibromyalgia so my hands can hurt like hell! When it's cold I rub this into my hands put my gloves on then venture out. This warms them up & helps boost my circulation to stop the Raynaud's taking hold. It smells medicinal at first but fades to turmeric which is quite nice, it instantly makes my hands really soft too & reduces inflammation!
