**UPDATE MAY 2019**My wife wanted to try other eczema products after our supply of Jivi ran out. That was a mistake. Everything else we tried failed, only somewhat reducing the irritation. Jivi's is the best, period. It soothes the itching and allows the skin to heal itself as well as it can. Nothing else comes close for my babies skin.**MAY 2018**My 18 month old is having issues with eczema on her wrist and ankles. We use all natural, mild soaps & have tried several products for eczema without results. We even followed her pediatrician's orders. The sores began getting much worse & she was always scratching at them.I am so glad I found this amazing product. It smells a little potent, but it works. The smell fades quickly. Immediately this cream stopped the itching. I could see the relief on my babies face. We applied twice a day and on day two, the red sores were scabbed over. After a week, the areas looked like slightly scaly skin. Treatment continues & her skin is getting clearer every day. She enjoys helping us apply the cream and I don't have to worry about it poisoning her in any way.100% worth every penny.

The media could not be loaded. Possibly the most frustrating thing to me is a pump or device that won't work properly upon arriving. I JUST received this less than 6 hours ago. Woke up and first thing I did was open the package so I can use it on my son whose eczema has flared up badly. Pump won't work. I've tried everything. Now I have to cut open the bottle and pour it into something to be able to use the product. I specifically avoid buying products with these kinds of pumps for this very reason, but the reviews were so good, I figured I'd give it a try. I'm frustrated to say the least. I'll follow up with a review on the ACTUAL product.

This product is amazing!! I went for years with prescription steroid ointment for eczema on my outer ear. If I went a day without using it, the eczema would be 10 times worse, with bleeding crusty skin & intense itching. I’d finally had enough, and was suffering through crusty, itchy sore skin. I did a search for eczema cream, and decided to try this based on the ingredients & it’s made in the US. The area was instantly relieved and soothed. I was worried about burning Bc the skin was so irritated, but there was zero burning. I have had zero itching and the skin is already returning to normal after 2 days of use. The crusty, flaking areas dried up overnight & peeled off, leaving healthy feeling skin underneath. I’m such a fan of this product and will continue using! Thank you for giving me such relief from my terrible eczema

This product helped my skin a little. However, I couldn’t get past the smell to try it long term. I kept thinking I’d use it in the future. I thought to try it again. However, the smell was too much. I threw it out. I appreciate organic products, but this smells as if something is decaying. If it had worked really well, I might have abided the smell. However, with only minimal improvement, I just couldn’t. I am glad to read that some purchasers have found the product to work very well, but it is not for me.

Just do yourself a favor and save your money if you have severely terrible eczema. I read reviews and thought maybe I'd finally found the one cream that could actually work for me! I have terrible weeping eczema. Absolutely nothing helps, but this particular one actually made mine worse and it smells awful. I see for some it seemed to work, but I'm guessing they either have a different type of eczema than I do or maybe just not as severe as mine.

I've been looking for a steroid free eczema product for a while now. The one I was prescribed before was too strong and making my skin pale. I gave this product a try and was amazed at the results after just one day! When applying it, I felt instant relief and my skin felt so much softer. I coule instantly see the redness go down on my flared up areas. It even helped with the eczema on my face and neck which I was having a difficult time with. No burning or greasy feeling. I applied it to my face, neck, shoulders, and arms. All are healing very well and quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone with eczema.

If you are going to market something as being an eczema treatment, then I would recommend that you not put extremely strong scents in the product. That is the bare minimum. I have really bad atopic dermatitis (eczema) and when I have a flare-up it shoots my pain up to about a 9 or 10. I was taking a bio-shot of dupixent until my insurance decided to refuse to pay and so I would've had to pay $3500. So I went back to trying lotions and ointments to try and manage my symptoms and flare-up. It gets so bad that I frequently have to put lidocaine on my face before applying ointments and lotion. So I am willing to try just about anything. I put a little of this on the back of my hand where I didn't have any eczema and it made that area itchy. So I would only recommend this to people who have a very mild case of eczema or think they have eczema. Because if your skin is like mine, you will claw the area you apply it to off.

A bit pricey although this product is good because of the ingredients, ease of application and package design (how it dispenses). I found it a bit drying and had to add or alternate with natural moisturizing lotions and ointments. Everyone's condition is different but I would say worth a try, especially with free return. Also made in USA in small batches!
