I was very optimistic that this mouth guard would help my jaw pain to be alleviated as I've recently noticed that I'm grinding my teeth during sleep. Was even more optimistic after learning that they are made in Germany and that they were much cheaper than the brands offered at Bed, Bath, & Beyond.Received them yesterday. They come in two sizes either small or large with a pair each.I fit into the small size at least I thought I did. The guard felt uncomfortable as the plastic is very hard, not at all flexible; I could not bear to keep it in for more than 20 minutes. Firstly it makes the lip protrude. Worse is it made my TMJ even worse. So my jaw pain was exacerbated.Needless to say I am not able to use this mouth guard.

This product helped me to much! I do recommend getting this if you grind your teeth.
