I’ve had severe stomach problems for the past year to the point where I’m eating basically salmon, rice, and chicken. I’ve been having moderate digestive issues, so the Basic Digest was a bit too mild for me. Since switching to this Digest version, I’ve had less severe indigestion less often with no notable side effects.
