Or maybe I just received a defective item?No exaggeration, in less than one full workday of use (I literally received these yesterday around noon), the padding has collapsed to the point where I can feel my computer chair's arm! I noticed yesterday that there wasn't much spring to these covers. Then I figured maybe after a few hours away it might "puff back up." Unfortunately, that never happened. I woke up this morning to realize that the padding is just as squished right now as it was when I left it last night. It's thinned out to the point where my elbows are now flush with the chair's arms.How could that happen after 1 DAY OF USE? No offense to the seller, but I've seen kitchen sponges with more support than these "memory foam cushions." It's really too bad too because the no-slip gripping on the underside and the straps are wonderful design choices, especially for owners of computer chairs with elongated/non-detached arms. The quality of this product overall was shockingly horrible.

Solid and firm. Soft-ish, like velvet. Tabs kind of long, considering cutting excess. Easy to install once I figured how the tabs unstuck. **** Been on the chair for two weeks. Decided to tighten Velcro straps because they were moving around a little. Did three and the last , when I pulled down on the strap to bring under and back to attach Velcro the ring it went through came completely out of the seam. now it really moves around. I do not think I pulled all that much. *** 3-2-19 found an e-mail, replacement sent. No problems, fast work, I need to sent broken set beck on same box. Glad I did not cut the excess straps off. Tucked them under. Arm rest thin, I guess, maybe I can put something to beef it up. *** Received today, Sunday 3-3-19, waiting when I returned home, exchanged and will go to UPS tomorrow.

I ordered these to replace similar older elbow pads that had worn out after a few years of usage. After just 4-5 days with this on my chair, the beautiful white leather was ruined with PERMANENT INK/PAINT that will not come off even after scrubbing with soap and water, and trying clorox stain remover. Total garbage. Do not buy.

They are comfortable but my issue is that my skinny little arms after an hour of use, indent on the foam!I think they need better quality foam....but I guess for the price you can't ask or more. I guess they will have to be replaced often...but overall they are okay

My hands used to be awful after the long office hours, but this really is comfortable and does a great job.

I sooooo love these arm pads. I was having such pain in my elbows at work and now I don’t. Get them immediately, the difference in you will be great!!!!

I use them in my home and is great for my elbows when resting on them. However, I had to cut the straps because they were too long for my chair armrest and a bit annoying. I hope they can last long enough.

They are getting squished from use, but able to puff up and readjust. Much better than putting my elbows on hard wooded arm rests. Good purchase.
