Was the perfect fit!
My husband did work on our entry to our septic system. He found this on Amazon for a cover and it fits perfect!

PLEASED
VERY sturdy and far less expensive than it's cast iron counterpart. First one ordered was too large. Second is PERFECT. Time will tell how it holds up. Only drawback was missing screws. (First one came with them.) Fortunately, I keep many types on hand.

Works great
I had to do a little trimming for it to fit my particular application, but after that, it works great. It is heavy duty, I can even stand on it with no problems.

That the add accurately shows the product
I found the the posted picture for the product was not the same as what I received in the posted picture in should a fitting that went inside to hold the lid in by the picture it look like a couple of rubber rings that made it fit snugly then in assumed the screws would attach to that, put it was just the lid no rings nothing to attach the screws to, it did keep it but believe I paid a lot when IO reviewed it and seen it was just a lid not fitting to attach to the pipe that I have to figure out, so if possible change the picture to make in look more like what you will receive.
