Love this tea. Nice Flavor

I do not know what I ate but whatever it was it caused me to have terrible gas pains. There was no gas to be passed but it was all within my stomach. I had the option to take medicine to get rid of the pain but instead wanted to give this tea a try to see if it would do what it claimed it could do which was to aid in digestion. Although I had eaten the day before, my stomach was hurting the next day as well.I brewed this tea for five minutes although you can brew it anywhere from 3-5 minutes.Within an hour, my stomach was feeling better.I gave this rating five stars because I believe just from my own experience it can help with stomach pains as well as after you eat dinner. I am not too keen on the taste of this tea . I like eating peppermint but I do not like drinking it in the form of a beverage and the fennel does not taste well but with all these ingredients combined it has been a great help to me despite the taste.Also, the fact that I can taste all these herbs (ginger, organic peppermint, organic fennel and lemon balm) that are in the tea lets me further know that this is of good quality and a lot of ingredients were used to bring all the flavors out.FY-I I knew going in when I purchased this tea that I probably was not going to like the taste of it but I knew that when my digestive system was going to wreak havoc that this was something that may help me and it did.
