Wonderful little gifts

I bought them for my granddaughter who loves everything Japanese. I got a taste, they are very flavorful and not overly sweet.

Mostly natural jellies with interesting flavors and appealing packaging. Not overly sweet. Nice gift idea. Just a tad expensive, but hey, it does come from Japan.

So incase the product description isn't clear enough, it's pretty much fancy American Jello. The box it came in was beautiful and I was very impressed. The way the sweets were arranged and presented were also very visually attracting. It was fun to attempt to figure out the flavor as I ate the Jello and they all tasted wonderful. I highly recommend this product if you're looking to be adventurous.

I think these are 'kuri kinton', and they expire after about a year. The flavors are: kuri kanoko (chestnut and paste), coffee zenzai (coffee and red bean soup), yuzu jelly, durian?, white peach jelly, ? jelly with whole azuki beans, and mizu yokan.As for the flavor, they arent very good, with the white one being particularly odd. They're all quite bland and have an amalgamation of interesting textures that melt instantly in your mouth.Interesting experience, but I wouldn't buy them again.

Some of them are way too sweet. Particularly the ones with the beans inside. I love the fruity ones and cream cheese jellies though. Would be great to replace the way too sweet ones with something else. Maybe add some warabimochi?
