Excellent customer service. Good value
Don't do what I did. I was redoing a bedroom and didn't open the box until three months after I bought it. I did buy this under the "used, like new" heading, but was still surprised to discover none of the hardware was there.I contacted the company. The customer service department was excellent and I received the hardware in about a week. The bed is so easy to put together that my 8 year-old grandson assembled it all I did was hold some parts. Speaking of parts, after the bed was mostly together I realized we were missing two parts. I winced as I contacted the company again. Got the part in about a week.So. Some people have whined about the quality. The bed frame is cheap. Don't expect something from an Amish store. It's really cheap. I think it's a great price for something that's decent quality. It's sturdy enough that you can tie someone to the headboard and footboard. I've been trying to think of ways to lure my husband into the bed for experimentation, but he has eluded me thus far.

Looks nice and is functional.
For the $109 price I received ALMOST what I expected. I say ALMOST because the bed arrived missing the central beam. Luckily my daughter is light so we are able to use the frame without it but wouldn't feel comfortable doing so with a larger person. We did message the company that we were missing parts. Beyond a confirmation though that they received our message, we have heard nothing from them. I will up my review if and when the missing parts arrive but I honestly don't expect it.Update. It took almost 2 months and an email prompting them to get moving but the parts showed up and the bed is complete. No, it is not the best quality but for a quick and cheap bed it looks much better than most. All in all a very good buy for when you don't have to have the best.

Nice looking bed frame
I bought this bed for an extra bedroom for the grandkids when they visit. It was fairly easy to put together. Although when I first put it together it was very wobbly, then I read another comment on here that said to turn the frame upside down other than what I had it so that the lip of the bed frame was facing downward and the top of the bed frame was flat across with no lip. That was what made it not wobble anymore. Now it's very sturdy. Super cute. And it's exactly what I was looking for. And the price wasn't bad less than $100.

How to fix the unlevel issue —
For only $100, the (twin) bed is fine. It’s sturdy and looks nice enough, especially for a kid’s room. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it would have been SUPER cool if the instructions had mentioned there is an “up” side on the part the mattress actually rests on. Idk if there’s a real name for it, but the part that’s not the headboard or footboard part. I had it all put together, except the part where you connect the two pieces in the middle of the bed, and realized the support legs in the middle were an inch too long, causing the bed to wobble a lot. Like a LOT. After several minutes of looking over everything again, I realized I had the horizontal parts of the bed on upside down. I had to take it almost all the way apart and flip them over. After I put it all back together the right way, it worked great. So, dear reader, I hope you see this before you make the same mistake I did. The horizontal part has to be put on so that the raised side bars are on the bottom.

Great economy bed
I was concerned with the reviews, but this bed has surprised me. I bought this for my daughter as a replacement to a bed that should have been replaced a while ago. While the box came beaten to crap, the contents were all there and in relatively good condition. No dents or anything like that, but there was a little discoloration and residue on the metal that we wiped off. There was also some slight chipping of the varnish around the bottoms of the post, but no damage great enough to warrant return. Assembly was very easy and completed by myself, 34F, and daughter,13, in about an hour. The bed seems sturdy enough, but we did just get it yesterday. It looks pretty good for the price. I really have no complaints and if I needed another twin bed, I would buy this again.

Very disappointed in this junk-grade product
The worst product I have purchased from Amazon. And I buy a lot. Reason:1. Parts don't fit. For example "bed sheet" and headboard/footboard holes don't line up. Only by loosening the head post screws and foot post screws can you hope to awkwardly get all the screws in.2. Poor quality control: Welded joints have sharp areas--safety hazard. Some screw holes were too small--I had to widen them with a drill. A center support leg was missing the rounded foot on the bottom.3. The finish is razor thin. The slightest ding on bedpost exposes the cheap particleboard underneath. And the product arrived with dings.4. Ambiguous, poorly drawn diagrams: Not clear from any diagram or text whether the metal "bed sheets" have trough up or down. Logically, seems like the trough should be up, so that mattress fits in it, but actually the trough opens downward.5. Assembly order: The assembly order in the instructions are illogical. The "bed sheets" and their legs should be assembled first so their screw holes meet the level of the headboard and footboard. If you try to follow the instruction order in the instructions, you need to prop up the bed sheets on boxes or something.Overall a product poorly designed, poorly fabricated., poorly quality-controlled, with poor assembly instructions. Really regret buying this product.
