From the time I purchased this poorly made bag, I had it strapped to an appropriate sized rack and yet it still flopped from side to side. I used it to hold one Kryptonite lock and occasionally a rolled up light wind breaker. After less than 2 years, the straps completely frayed and it fell off my bike while riding. Don't waste your money.
