Signature Sleep Contour Hybrid 12" Independently Encased Coil Memory Foam Pillow-Top Mattress, Bed-in-a-Box, King

We did a LOT of research before buying new mattresses. We finally bought this mattress in a King for us and a Queen for my daughter back in Feb. We've been using them for about 4 months now. We all have some back issues/pain. My daughter said she loves her mattress and it helps her back. My husband really likes it as well and I agree. Very comfortable! Kind of firm but definitely has softeness as well which I prefer. After unpacking the mattresses they both expanded to full size almost immediately (within about a 1/2 inch). They look and feel like good quality matresses. I've had no issues with the corners, sides, or drooping/sinking in either mattress. I'm 180lbs and my husband is 265lbs so that's about 450lbs with no problems at all. We can both sit on the edge of the bed and it still be firm. The Queen had no smell when unpacked. The King did slightly but after the few days you're supposed to let it fully expand it was gone. We let the King fully expand for the recommended time (72 hours) before we used it. Even though it immediately expanded to the right size, I figured internally it could expand/strengthen more first. It probably helps the mattress durability to do that so I recommend it. The Queen we let expand for nearly 48 hours because my daughter only weighs 100lbs. The King had a small tear on the outside stitch which I simply sewed up and reinforced but other than that both mattresses came out perfect. No moisture or mold. Also, these mattresses are heavy! We're all happy with our new matresses and I don't expect to have any problems for a long time. I recommend them, and the price is great!

I hesitated purchasing this bed because of the mixed reviews. Well, here you go! A valid review for 2019. Received the bed 3 days ago. It was in a box and heavy. Make sure someone is helping you and make sure you read the pamphlet that shows you how to unwrap it. It's not that hard. It's fairly simple. I feel like the bed is still rising. That's not a big problem though. My previous bed was 14 inches spring with toppers on both side. Sleeping on this bed...well, let me tell you, I've been having a hard time getting up!! The bed is comfortable. I have sciatica and arthritis in my back and this bed gives me the comfort that I need. When I got the bed, I had painters at the house so our house was in shambles. I had to rearrange the house so that day, my sciatica was on constant attack mode together with my arthritis just making my life a living hell. I get episodes like this frequently and normally, I have to take meds for the pain but CHILD....this bed was my medicine. I slept like I did not have any of those ailments. The comfortability and firmness is perfect for me. It's medium firm so you have to like that type of stability for your sleep. It really impressed me since it was able to give me comfort sleeping. I don't know If this bed will last for 10 years yet but I have trust in fate. If you plan to save money on a bed, this is it. I have spent at least 2k on the 2 beds I have had for the past 20 years and if this last, this will be in the record for my cheapest purchase. Highly recommend this bed for the price. I have the queen size btw. I would say forget Casper. This is more comfortable.

The item's title description stated the 12"mattress is reversible. It is not. I got mixed info from other reviews too.. some said it is a very firm, reversible mattress (which is what I wanted), others said it is a soft mattress. I received a non-flippable, one-sided pillow top mattress. The mattress did open to its full thickness without lumps or sags. The edges seem to hold shape when bed is sat upon. Not sure if this model was accidentally shipped to me or if there is an error in the mattress description from where I ordered. Either way, I'm stuck with it. 4 stars if you want a soft yet supportive, non-reversible, pillow top mattress.

Dealing with some shipping problems, I did not have a good mindset upon receiving this mattress. It was super easy to deflate (a little on the heavy side for a single person to handle), however, did seem to expand unevenly- there was one corner that did not want to rise as the rest. Still only let it rest about 18 hrs before I used it to sleep. Ordering it online I was really worried about it not being comfortable- but it is by far the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on: actually. It’s pretty firm, but still confirms to your body for comfort. Really love the “hybrid” part of it. Very glad I picked this one!

I received this bed on 2/20/2020, When I opened the package, it has a odor so strong that I had to let it air it out for about a month before I can sleep on it. It is very soft with no support at all. Right away I found myself wake up everyday with upper back sore and pain that last whole day. It is terrible bed. What happen to the 10 year warranty?? The last bed I brought from Sleepy's last me more than 12 years. I am completely unable to use it emailed to customer support never get response

I was hopeful this mattress marked as slightly above medium would match my medium firm mattress I got from them before. I ended up having to spend a couple hundred on mattress pads. If you want a soft one this isn't it. But it is good quality and comfortable if you want a slightly firmer mattress.

It's "OK" for me. I broke my leg and spent way more time in the hospital than I should have. When in the hospital, I got used to the adjustable bed and thought it was the coolest thing. When I got home, my FLAT mattress and box spring set up was difficult to navigate. So I got an adjustable frame and this mattress. I like my old mattress, but it was not made for an adjustable bed. Use a stain cover. It stains EASILY. And it doesn't clean out well. Otherwise, it's comfortable, and suits my mobility needs.

What an affordable package. I haven’t slept this good in a very long time! This is hands down on of the best mattresses in this price range.
