I have been taking this oil for about 6 weeks (1tbs per day). I have PCOS and have been living according to Keto lifestyle for two years now. I decided to add this supplement to my diet to overcome a plateau after a massive amount of weight-loss. Because of my PCOS, I am taking a 10mg dosage of Norethrindrone in which I have been on for 5 months now. After the first two weeks of using MCT oil and it was well into my system, I recently discovered 4 weeks and a plethora of adverse hormone symptoms later, that it was conflicting with my existing hormone medication. Given this experience I can only recommend this product for those who are not already seeking treatment for PCOS and are NOT already on a hormone regulating medication. It causes symptoms that are unlivable to yourself and those around you if you do.Other than that warning, when I was taking this oil, the improvements I saw was that I did not experience low blood sugar crashes during my 18 off 6 on intermittent fasting schedule, and it successfully controlled my hunger and kept it to a minimum. It's definitely worth a try if you are not taking hormone medications.
