Tech Enterprises Evo Wallet for iPhone 7/ iPhone 8 - Black

I love these cases as they have helped protect my phone from numerous falls! Unfortunately, they do start to fall apart after about a year of use. However, I’m sure they have saved me much in term of phone replacement!

First of all this is a very good strong reliable case for an iPhone 7 or iPhone 8However whilst it has good all round protective qualities with a strong rubber surround and can withstand drops onto hard surfaces, the quality of the securing fastener leaves a lot to be desired.I first bought this case in 2017, and after two years the plastic fastener which locks into the exterior rubber on the right of the handset broke. It’s basically a plastic plug pressed through two holes in a flap on the outer left rubber covering, with constant clipping shut and unclipping to open the cover the plastic fastener eventually splits.When my first case broke in 2017, I found I had enjoyed the case so much with the design that I ordered another one in 2019, however tonight I needed to buy yet another and this time sadly it’s just one year later, yet again the plastic plug has snapped beyond repair again which is a shame because otherwise the case is in perfect mint condition.If the company supplied replacement clips for just a few pounds for 2-3 this would be a perfectly acceptable solution and a great case.Now I have to yet again order my third case, once this one has worn out I will then seriously consider whether it’s worth continuing to buy more if it happens again.Don’t get me wrong the quality of the rest of the case is perfection, there is an inside sleeve to put loyalty cards, and when the cover is shut and secure it is protected very well.You will see from other reviews from customers have also reported a problem with the securing catch, and this seems to be a common issue. It is not likely we abuse the catch, it was just that it is plastic non-magnetic, and with constant opening and shutting eventually the plastic will wear out. Highly recommend this case, but would be nice if the company improved on the clasp!When I originally ordered my first one from the company, it broke in under 6 months, and they issued a replacement free of charge immediately, so they are aware of this issue.I would love to give this product five stars I really would but due to this defect I’ve had to reduce it to 3, which is an average rating and it saddens me to do so.

Tech21 make the best cases I have ever tried. I have been using them for years, and my phones have been dropped and bumped, even accidentally thrown in the air - each time, my Tech21 cases have saved the phone from damage. In that respect, this is a 5-star review.In terms of the look and feel of the case, it's great. I'm very happy.The phone fits snuggly inside, is easy to remove, the buttons are accessible.The ONLY issue I have with this case (and it is a bit of a biggie) is that no-one can actually hear me when the case is on the phone. I actually have to take it off to talk to people - which is a bit of a faff.I'm contemplating whether to use this case to store my phone in for travel, and when I'm not likely to use it much, and buy a different case for day-to-day use, as it's so inconvenient to keep taking the case off mid-call.

Very smart looking cover. Only had it for about a month so can’t comment on durability, but at the moment appears to be very sturdy. Hidden card pocket very useful. Bit expensive but worth it. Phone wallet

Great case with a perfect fit (iPhone 7), like the extra sleeve card holder.Disappointed that it’s NOT magnetic closure as advertised, clip is nice and secure but a bit fiddling.
