Very sturdy no nonsense product.... not a toy like most of my other garden hoses. Connections seem extremely secure and treads more easy than other hoses. Heavy but hopefully this equates to longevity. High flow rate and has not yet kinked. It hurts to lay out this much cash but hope it pays out in a long hose life and reduced frustration. I plan to provide another review after a year or two of use.

I have high flow and high pressure at 25 gpm 105 psi so I needed something to hold up. Purchased the 1” so I could keep the flow up since I have several hose connected together and it works perfect. Outstanding quality as well. Watering the lawn and just basically spraying everything around the house is therapy for me. Can’t tell you how many hours I’ll stand and just water the lawn manually. Just purchased a clear 3/4” version as well. These are expensive but you absolutely get what you pay for. *** 1” hose has 1” fittings*** you’ll need adapters for each end to reduce to 3/4” which is what 99% of all faucets and sprayers are. This company makes the adapters and they are top notch. Very happy to finally find a high quality product!!! And it’s Made in the USA!!!

5 Stars across the board, this is the best hose money can buy. Incredible quality, durability and flow rate. It is heavy, get yourself a quality rolling cart or wheeled hose reel, you’ll need it. I’ve never been complemented on my garden hose before, but this one has received many! It seems like a lot of money and it is, but it’s so worth it. Convince your spouse that it’s a necessity and you’ll love Big Blue.

Full flow 3/4" ID 75ft Underhill Blue hose. This is a really well made hose, seems like it will last a lifetime, but unfortunately so will the smell. Every drop of water that goes down this hose, stinks like toxic chemicals by the time it comes out the other end. It's not the usual vinyl pool inflatable or regular hose smell that goes away once you run some water down it. No this is a nauseating toxic smell that attaches to anything the water from the hose touches! My hands stink like toxic chemicals all day if I get water from this hose on them, no matter how many times I wash them or what I wash them with. Vinegar, lemon juice, baking soda, even rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide. It's deep in my skin and doesn't go away for 24 hours or longer, just from the water from the hose running over my hand for a few seconds. This can't be healthy. My car, my lawn, my driveway, and even all the plastic parts of my pool stink because I used this hose. With the pool I just topped off the water level 2 inches with this hose, now the skimmer door stinks, the sweeper hose stinks and the edges by the steps all smell toxic AF! It's like a stink cannon. Everything that water from it touches will stink for weeks. It's disgusting. I kept it as long as I could and still return it, just to see if I ran water down it long enough, it'd go away. I flushed it for a good 30 minutes a day for almost a month, and it still stinks as bad as the day I got it. Everything about this hose is perfect, but no one can live with that stench! Total bummer I really wanted to be able to keep it. It's a great hose. Just way too toxic smelling.

This hose does measure 10 feet. I measured it. But that includes the couplings at both ends. It sure doesn't seem like 10' though, and unless you have a very close, limited use for this, 10' IS NOT LONG ENOUGH. It has the feel of real quality. And it is surprisingly light weight. Nice to hold in your hand. It easily screws into a standard outdoor water spigot and attaches to both 5/16" or 3/4" hoses and nozzles. This is a great convenience as you do not have to buy any adapters if you have the standard 5/16" setup. Water flow is very good. Maybe 4.5 out of 5 stars. If you expect a hose that easily coils or freely falls back into place, this will not meet your expectation. But it's not a problematic hose that fights your coil or folding pattern or that easily kinks. Thankfully, Amazon is allowing me to return the 10' and get a 20'. Amazon still has good customer service.

Heavy duty, heavyweight. This hose is not for the weak. You get what you pay for.

Reviewing underhill ultramax hose 3/4" 100ft from a home owner point of view, have used hose almost daily since summer 2021 and still currently using. PROS: Love the color its a great looking hose. especially paired with an eley reel extremely heavy duty, I have left water running accidentally a few times and nothing burst/ leaked, unlike all my previous hoses after a few hours of forgetting they would usually burst. non marking, does not mark my pavers does not tangle only seen the hose kink 1-2 times in all my uses, practically does not kink CONS: this is a heavy hose and boy am I glad I did not buy the 1" diameter hose as it is even heavier. not sure if im using the correct terminology 2nd picture is what I mean by coil. hose can coil in a spot or 2 over 75' I have pulled out of reel, pretty easy to undo if you twist hose by spray head in opposite direction of coil. again this would be a lot easier if hose was lighter 3/4" 100ft weighs about 25Lbs if not more that's just the hose with no water inside add the water and you can definitely feel the weight. in commercial applications this hose is 5/5 , for homeowner 4/5 only due to being on the heavy side. if you are like me and are tired of dealing with cheap quality hoses and would like a beast for a hose its a great option.I am 5'11- 220Lbs 65 years not a weakling by any means. that said I do like the hose but may buy a lighter one. maybe check out the proline series from underhill for home owners 5/8" 100' only weights 14Lbs. if I do end up getting it I will do a home owner comparison review.
